Paul was very helpful. However Express Divorce are a legal services company . They provide administrative assistance in preparing and processing documents to HMCTS; They do not legally represent you. They will send your consent order and annex A directly to you only. Our pension provider insisted on receiving the consent order and annex A from our solicitor which we don't have making it a real head ache.

Paul was extremely helpful and responded quickly and calmly to any questions or concerns.

I highly recommend this service to any people who have already divided assets and want a quick and painless transaction.

I must admit, I was a little sceptical of using an online service to undertake the financial consent order for my divorce. But it was really easy, straightforward and was done within the timeframes. It gave me peace of mind that the form submission was correct as many legal forms can be confusing and overwhelming. Also, it was a very cost effective way to do it.

Expressdivorce.co.uk were very helpful in answering all of my queries. I paid for the express consent order with the additional management service. The whole procedure was smooth. The questionnaire was very user friendly and the service included the needed documents (Form A, Form D81 – Statement of Information and the draft Consent Order) that were submitted to the court on my behalf. Paul was very supportive and knowledgeable. I completed my consent order February and it was approved by the judge today (the delay was due to busy courts).
