The help and patience of the person I spoke to on the phone was exceptional customer service. My parcel arrived on time and the product was exactly as advertised.

Purchased some rubber mats, the product was extremely poor, didn't correctly fit, left gaps everywhere. The company refused to resolve the issue instead saying 'Just fill the gaps with silicon'!

I cannot recommend, please find a better company.

We bought some interlocking playground matting and were really pleased with the quality and how quickly they were delivered. The whole transaction was really smooth and easy - thank you. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble when I had one pallet delivered to the front of my property and one pallet to the back of my property.

Excellent customer service, they really go above and beyond. I accidentally ordered the wrong numbers of some matting edge-pieces, as I misunderstood the shape of the corner pieces. I contacted the seller -- they responded immediately and sent me a free replacement for the four edge-pieces I'd messed up. It was totally my fault but they made it right for me anyway. Top marks!

I am really pleased with the service and communication of the staff by e-mail and over the phone in their dealings with my order. Initially, there was a problem so I was offered an alternate colour way for the rubber matting I had ordered. I received advice by e-mail & phone & they kept me informed every step of the way. I was sent the adhesive (free) I needed for the matting as well as locator pins. Everything arrived when I was told it would.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your company & will look at your other products.

Prompt service, received goods the following day

Used grass matting to fill cells with small smoothe round chippings for my parking area in the front of my house. Excellent result and stops chippings being carried out on to the pavement and road.

Ordered a pre seal and paint for garage floor. One arrived. Queried with company and they got straight on it as sent at same time. Resolved the delivery issue (we think paint spilt in transport) and sent us new tin within 2 days. Happy with the service we received

Contacted Expressmatting about me wanting floor covering for boat.
Very helpfull and sent Email that date for delivery was 1 day late.Contacted me and I realised that due to bad weather I should have realised that 1 day late not an issue especially as I stay in Scotland.Heavy Snow.

I had a problem with the delivery which was due to the manufacturers not being able to produce the product. When I sought a refund the company promptly refunded my money and offered to give me the product on a complimentary basis

I ordered some matting and edging and was missing a corner piece.
Telephoned to enquire and was told that they don’t do a corner piece but will send a piece of edging free of charge

Having already ordered before reading some of the negative reviews I was worried that I would have problems. However everything arrived as planned as it should, and at an excellent price. My order arrived a day late but Zaeb was quick to respond to emails with the details of the courier.

I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
