It is a total scam . I told them what exactly needs to be done for the washer and 20 min before the tech guy shows up , he says he does not have the part and he charges $225 per visit. I told him what’s the point of his visit without parts , now the company charged me $110 for cancelation . I’m going to file a complain against this scam company . They don’t bring parts and they charge $225 per visit . Nice try scammers . Look at how many bad reviews you have .

I called the company to ask for a repair for my fridge and oven. I specifically told them what needed to be fixed on the oven and gave them the model number. The call center said that the cost of the technician would be voided if I bought parts and I remember saying “that’s awesome! I am buying parts”. I was under the impression the appliance would be fixed same day.
The technician arrives and opens the oven to look at it. He doesn’t replace the part that I had asked for, doesn’t take a temperature reading and says it looks “fine” but says he will be back to replace the part. He then opens the fridge door and stares inside, closes the door and says “I think it’s fine but you could replaced XYZ”. Doesn’t check for ice build up, doesn’t pull anything out, I have no idea why he even showed up.
The company bills me $200 for “labour”, and hasn’t actually fixed anything or reasonably checked anything except for opening and closing a door. They say they will wave the labour cost if I buy parts but there is labour costs x2 on the next invoice.
I called the customer service center to complain about the service, and also that the quote invoice is incorrect. They then start calling my tenant for payment, and do not call me back.
I eventually text them and get a response “We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused and would like to inform you that your invoice has been duly adjusted.” My name is spelled wrong, they don’t send a revised invoice and they haven't addressed any issues.
* Edit: Michelle did call me, in response to seeing my review. She wanted me to revise my review today saying that we had a pleasant conversation. She did offer some compensation for the service provided.
So while I can vouch that an effort was made - I think it was more to receive payment and the take away I had was that my feedback would not taken seriously. I tried to explain due diligence that would be reasonably expected of the technician when attending a service visit - which would actually demonstrate an informed decision on the appliance diagnosis. This would mean more than taking a photo of the oven/fridge or opening the door in order to make a decision. This would include checking multiple areas of the appliance, checking the control board, resetting the fridge, checking for ice build up… the list goes on. I think I was quite reasonable, but I don’t believe she agreed or understand what I was getting at… anyhow she did call me back and hopefully will circle back with the technician. I don’t think this company is a scam, just needs to seriously review their internal training processes.
On a side note. Today my dad took the temperature of the freezer, and it read at -28 C… which explains why the fridge was running too cold as the fridge’s airflow comes directly from freezer. We switched the thermostat in the FREEZER and problem is solved. $35 fix vs the recommended $500 fix to swap the control board and thermostat in the fridge… all it took was a simple temperature check… I will re-iterate my advice for the techs to get some basic training and I think at some point the reviews need to be taken seriously.

The technician who came (from Express Repair) was very professional. He identified the problem immediately, explained everything, and was very polite.
This was the second technician to come — the first one was from another company and said the issue couldn’t be fixed, recommending we buy a new dishwasher.
Luckily, we called in another technician for a second opinion.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Express Repair has been nothing short of infuriating. I contacted them on March 26, 2025, to fix a fridge that had stopped cooling — simple enough. What followed was a two-week nightmare of botched service, blatant dishonesty, and harassment, all culminating in my having to spend thousands of dollars on a new appliance.
The technician came out, claimed a specific part would fix the issue, and told me point-blank that if the part didn’t work, I’d owe nothing beyond the initial $99 service fee. I paid $107.79 via Zelle and waited for the part to arrive.
That’s when the circus began.
Eight days of canceled appointments, incoherent communication, and pure disorganization. When someone finally showed up again, the part didn’t work. The tech claimed he couldn’t finish diagnosing the problem because his tools had been stolen out of his car. Yes, really.
He left, flustered and clueless — and I was still left with a broken fridge.
At that point, I gave up and bought a new one. No working fridge for two weeks. Thousands of dollars wasted. And worse — I now believe a competent technician could have easily made the repair if I hadn’t been unlucky enough to call this company first.
But the story doesn’t end there.
Since then, Express Repair has sent me fraudulent invoices, trying to charge me $99 fees for things I never agreed to — including something labeled "payment cancellation" and a random charge for “final notes.” They’ve ignored the fact that I already paid them and are harassing me for more money on top of their already botched, incomplete, and misleading service.
They also tried to charge me special shipping fees for a part that took 8 days to arrive, even though the manufacturer said it should’ve taken 2.
Do yourself a favor — run the other way. This company is disorganized, dishonest, and downright predatory. Their negligence cost me money, time, and sanity. Let my experience be your warning.

SCAM! Stay away! This company buys 5 star google reviews and addresses. I thought it was a local business, but I ended up calling a call center in who knows where. I called and scheduled an appointment same day. Realized that we didn't need the appointment and cancelled. Also looked at reviews and saw that they send shady techs. When I called they said they couldn't cancel and that they were charging me $90 for cancelling. They said if I didn't pay they would send me to collections. They are calling constantly and texting at 2 am. Awful scam!

Do not trust this company, they are thieves, they charge you for something they haven't done. The technician arrived very late and took 10 minutes to check the refrigerator. The only thing he did was turn on and off a switch located in the back and charged us $200 and said that in 4 hours the freezer would be working, the next day the freezer was not working. We called them to tell them what was happening and they were rude and unprofessional also they want another $200 for deposit for the parts how I can trust this people if they were avoiding our calls, please DO NOT TRUST THE THEY ARE THIVES

I don’t like the fact that I was charged $74 just for the tech to come. I misunderstood the rep so when I tried to say forget it, the tech seemingly became upset. Then I had a cheap machine and he blurted that out. He fixed it but I would up paying over $160. I don’t think I’d recommend or use them again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They sent a technician who didn't thoroughly inspect the washing machine. He was unprofessional. My husband had to help load the washing machine; they weren't trained. The company pressured him by calling the technician to finish quickly. He didn't fix it. He left it in the same state of disrepair. He told us it was working fine, but we realized he had taken a part from the washing machine. When we called the company to tell them they had taken a part, they were very rude, didn't listen to us, and just asked us to pay them. Do not hire this service.

Terrible service - technician and back end don’t communicate effectively - was lied to about time frame to rectify issue and have part ordered - the invoice provided also said the parts needed were in stock and that was not the case. I paid for the part under false pretences and once they took the money, was told afterwards prt had to be ordered and instead of a 1-2 day job, we’re a week without a working appliance.

Please be aware of this scam and be very careful. Please read all reviews on all platforms first, before calling this company. Please do not give them your address or your name. I wish there was a Zero Star to be given!
They are the worse group of people I have ever dealt with. I called them for an estimate and their availability to fix a dryer, they asked for my address in order to give me their availability, so that they said! I gave it to them, I DID not confirm any appointment with them, despite that, their Tecnition showed up at our door 30 minutes later and my tenant let him in thinking I sent him! I then had to cancel my appointment with another reputable company and decided to give them a chance to fix the dryer as he was already there. The dryer was never fixed. They kept me waiting while I had paid them in advance. I then had to buy a new dryer and throw the old one out! But the scam did not stop there, since they have sent me multiple different invoices all with different amounts, instead of returning my money! They then hired a credit collection company which I’m sure is affiliated with them and have been harassing both myself and my tenant! I have called and emailed the company multiple, multiple times. It’s impossible to get a response. It seems all to be a fake company. They are shameless. Please be careful and read all the reviews. I wish I would’ve done the same, but they didn’t give me any chance since as soon as I placed a call for an estimate they sent their technician to the address I had given. I have emailed them and told them that if they continue harassing me, I will go to Police. I think all of us should do the same, We should stop scammers like these or else they will change the fabric of our society.

***BUYER BEWARE*** We contacted Right Fix Repairs aka Express Repair for an issue with our washing machine, and while the technician (Yusup) arrived promptly, the service left us extremely disappointed. After diagnosing the problem, the repairman told us the main tub in the washer was cracked and needed to be replaced, quoting us $970 for parts and labor. We were given seven days to decide, but ultimately, we opted to buy a brand-new washer-dryer unit instead, since the cost was nearly the same.
The next day, we purchased and installed a new stacked washer-dryer for $2,300, only to find that the original issue persisted once again. It turned out the real problem was with the plumbing inside the condominium wall AND not the washing machine at all! The technician’s misdiagnosis led us to replace a perfectly good appliance unnecessarily.
This was an incredibly costly mistake, and Express Repair’s failure to properly assess the issue has left us frustrated and out thousands of dollars. We will never use this company again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for appliance repair. ***BUYER BEWARE***

I would like to give them a zero-star review. In August 2024, I had ER look at a range hood and paid for the initial site visit. I proceeded with the repair and put money down as a deposit for the part and repair. After four months, nothing happened, and ER would not respond to my emails. So I had VISA cancel the payment, which VISA did. Then, I started receiving payment requests. I explained to the ER that since the repair was never done, I did not owe it money. ER said it would send the matter to the collection, which it did. I wrote the collection company a letter advising them that I do not owe ER money and, if ER believes I do, to take the matter to court. STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY. ITS ONE-STAR REVIEW IS DESERVED.

On December 27th, I contacted this company to address an issue with my washer, as water was not draining properly. I specifically requested a diagnosis to determine if the issue was fixable before proceeding with repairs, emphasizing that I didn’t want to pay for a temporary fix only to replace the unit shortly after. The technician assured me that the problem was the pump and that replacing it would resolve the issue entirely.
He replaced the pump, and I even tipped him $40, thanking him for his work. However, within minutes (6 minutes to be exact) of his departure, the washer began shaking violently, as though it was about to explode. In a panic, I recorded a video of the issue and sent it to him, asking if this was normal. I also saved screenshots of our interaction for documentation.
The technician returned a week later, only to inform me that the unit was old and needed to be replaced due to a separate issue. By this point, I had already paid $485 for repairs that accomplished nothing. Ultimately, I had to replace the washer entirely on January 3rd.
This company advertises the slogan, “If we don’t fix it, you don’t pay,” so I reached out to request a refund. I was directed to a manager named Michelle after enduring 10 days of constant follow-ups. If the receptionist was rude, the manager was far worse. After extensive back-and-forth and arguments, she finally agreed to issue a partial refund of $211. While I was not satisfied, I reluctantly accepted her offer. She promised the refund would be processed that day.
It has now been 18 days, and I have received nothing. This company has proven itself to be unprofessional, unethical, and completely untrustworthy.
To anyone reading this, do not use this company. They are fraudulent and fail to honor their promises. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs. I have retained all receipts, screenshots, and recordings of my interactions, and I will be filing a formal complaint to hold this company accountable.

If I could give a zero star, I would. I was so overwhelmed and busy and needed to get my kitchen installed. Because I was without a kitchen for several weeks that I didn't do.My due diligence and review this company first. Which is ridiculous that our society has gotten to this level of trust.
Phone them in to install a side by side fridge and freezer with the trim kit and to install a wall stove.
1. Wall stove was done correctly, but technically they just had to lift it.Put it into its place, plug it in. Pretty easy work was charged over 284 dollars.
FRIDGE AND FREEZER WITH TRIM KIT.
The day they arrived, they were getting it installed, but we had to stop the installation because the waterline needed to be attached and we had to call a third party. I had asked the customer service rep on the phone if this is something that they completed. And she had said yes, but she didn't clarify that they didn't bring the line up, so I had to stop the work and hire a person to come in and they left.
Call them back to reschedule the appointment. They get there and they installed the line and put the fridge up.
I get home and i'm so upset.Because this fridge is wobbly, it is not secure at all and the trim kit is partially put on. I call the company immediately.And my husband was told to brace it with two by fours at the top, which he did.I can't believe it instead of them.Just doing their work appropriately. The next day the fridge is leaking on my brand new floors, which, by the way, they also scratched because they didn't bring a drop cloth and they moved around and and scratched my floors and dented one of my brand new kitchen cupboards. I see that they didn't also include the heat pairing kit to make sure that the fridges side by side wouldn't overheat. One another, which was another item that they didn't complete. I got so frustrated called them and told them not to come back. I had asked for someone specifically who knew how to work with this fridge, I was told they did. On the phone, but the one gentleman that was there confess that in fact they had never worked on this upright fridge and freezer combination and didn't know how to install the pairing kit. Didn't know how to install the heat protecting pads. And this company, after I spoke to their customer service rep several times sent an email to their manager 3 months later. Phones me to ask me to pay a bill. Or it'll go to collections. Meanwhile, I have paged for her for months. What a disgusting company never used them. I will not be paying them as a matter of fact this morning. I am filing my small claims court and after seeing all these other reviews. I think this company needs a good slap. In the hand and they have been Abusing their power
Do not use this company. They are scammers. Although the repairman was good the first time he came. When I ordered the part and make a partial payment I had to file a dispute on my credit card to get my money back. Everytime the service was scheduled for the part repair. There was an excuse. They act like scam pirates - they have no interest in repairing appliances but make money taking deposits and fees whenever and wherever they can... When I told them I had canceled the parts order because they didn't deliver, the answer was "So can I take your credit card details to process the payment of the invoice?!" I don't understand how they can continue to operate in this way - they need to be shut down ASAP! Thank goodness VISA will return the money to your card when you get scammed!
