This is a corrupt organization. We moved two years ago & our daughter moved with her car three years ago. They just charged us for a license plate similar to our daughter but on a car that has nothing to do with us. We informed them & they aren’t refunding our money. Absolutely disgusting company
Haven't been in Colorado for a few years. We went for my grandson's graduation and I just paid a $75 fine for crossing at the wrong time. Last time there, I had no problems. Don't have toll roads where I live in AZ. Shouldn't you guys have a SOLID DOUBLE YELLOW LINE instead of white ones? We honestly didn't realize we had done something wrong. Only trying to get around the area. May need to stay away now.
Unable to login to Expresstoll even though I have the correct user id and password.
After attempting to login, website stated it was sending me an access code but also displayed "Invalid Email Address". Huh?
Never received an access code even though the email address matched the address on the letter with the new transponder they sent me four months ago.
Couldn't create a new account with my license plate number as it stated that plate number was already associated with an existing account.
When I attempted to call customer service they were closed.
They could care less about customer service and their website is a joke.

ExpressToll is a broken, exploitative organization predating on unprotected consumers. The website is barely functional—after slogging through endless pages of forms, it still fails to create an account. Based on the flood of similar complaints online, this isn’t just a fluke—it’s systemic failure.
Customer service is equally useless, offering no real help or accountability. The entire operation reeks of a poorly run, profit-driven scheme that survives only because there's no real oversight or competition. This is what happens when essential infrastructure is handed over to private interests with zero incentive to serve the public.
The express lanes should be returned to the public and made part of the regular highway system—accessible, fair, and free of corporate middlemen profiting off state-sanctioned toll traps.
