Exterior Performance Coatings, LLC Opiniones

Five stars all the way for Exterior Performance Coatings, LLC! From the very beginning, Maggie made the ordering process easy with her friendly voice, helpful disposition, and attention to detail. She was super easy to work with, took the time to answer questions, and made sure I was ordering the correct products for my garage flooring project, which gave me a lot of confidence going into it.

The technical advice and support from George and Scotty were invaluable throughout the entire process. Anytime I had questions, they were knowledgeable, patient, and willing to walk me through things step by step. Their guidance made the project much easier and gave me a lot more confidence tackling the job myself.

They truly made sure I had everything I needed from start to finish, and it’s hard to find customer service like this anymore. Great people, great support, and an overall outstanding experience. Highly recommend Exterior Performance Coatings, LLC to anyone looking for quality products and even better customer service!

Great product and easy to work with, fast shipping couldn’t have asked for more

I had never heard of this before, but I wanted to try to do something cool and unique for our restroom we remodeled at our resort on the water. So we went with a quartz that looks like sand and I am extremely impressed with how it turned out. The appearance is amazing. We haven’t quite finished the renovation so no pictures have been taken yet. I am so excited to see the final reveal of everything to come together.

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, every question, answered within 20 minutes or less.
Flex Seal is something that is a sure win when dealing with elements that are not ideal for resinous flooring. These guys and gals have excellent quality products and as good customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Scott and his wife, very Thorough and honest, explained everything that needed clarifying on.
Great customer service all way around, providing multiple choices in products as mine is tricky.
We look forward to building a strong work relationship with these guys.. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!

I accidentally ordered the wrong paint flakes. I just clicked on the wrong on and I noticed it AFTER I had already paid and placed my order. I called immediately and asked if I needed to cancel and reorder or if it could be fixed on their end. The gentleman I spoke to said that he could fix it for me since it just got ordered and hadn't gone to the manufacturer yet. When the flakes arrived, they were the wrong ones. I called and left a message but didn't hear back. We already scheduled workers to start this project that weekend, so I had to work with what I was given. I didn't want to cancel on them and end up having to pay a fee. That meant I had to buy a different paint color to work with the different color scheme of the flakes. Luckily it wasn't too different from what I originally wanted, but I'm pretty bummed that I didn't get what I actually picked out and wanted. I wish I had just canceled the order and started over but since I was assured it was fixed, I went forward with plans.

Excellent customer service and good product.

Easy Purchase and fast delivery.
Easy to apply and a great product!

The "Paint and graffiti remover" worked well on my basement garage cinder block walls. Product was not expensive and arrived quickly.

We are a repeat customer for their coatings. Great customer service and dependable vendor.

I purchased this product to try to remove some paint that has been on the brick at my house. I knew up front I may not have any luck with this product. I followed the instructions to the letter and it did not even phase the paint. Knowing this up front, I thought it was worth a try. It did not work.

George was super helpful with selecting the right product for our project. Our 3-season room was transformed overnight. We spent quite a bit of time on the phone with George making sure we installed the product correctly (never completed before). It turned out great! Thanks so much!!

This company is very helpful finding you the right product for the job. I have used a roof sealing product that worked great. Also painted my shop floor. Good products!

George has the best product lines and knowledge in the coatings space. With his knowledge and background, we’ve been able to land jobs that competitors backed away from. We’ve successfully completed waterproofing basements, pouring exterior flooring solutions and interior flake and metallic systems.

George is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products he sells! We have been using his products for years in our coatings company and they never disappoint. The quality of materials he sells are unmatched.

I bought the 5500 polyaspartic to use on a wood table I was putting on my back porch. The product went on smoothly and looks fantastic. This product is maintaining the integrity of the wood. Thank you so much for your help. I will definitely buy this product again!

Scotty was super helpful with insight into the right product to buy for my deck project . He even helped me calculate the correct quantities to order. I will definitely order from again!
