I had a pair of progressive readers that a lens kept popping out. Their first response was attempting to sell me a lens at $100.00. Then I didn't qualify for warranty coverage. I took the glasses to an optical shop that said the problem was a defect in the frame which couldn't be repaired but they said to send them and they would see if their shop could repair it. They refused to replace the glasses. Their glasses are overpriced and of poor quality and I believe their business practices are deceptive
Horrible customer service and attitudes.

Very poor workmanship. Both pairs stretched after wearing them for just a few months. Then one of the temples just snapped for no reason. I'm returning both pairs as I think the company really needs to take a look at their quality control

Text and email marketing will never stop if you give this company your email. Despite opting out, contacting customer service- the 3x weekly messages continue.

I am very disappointed in eye bobs. I have bought several pairs of glasses from them and most recently. The pair I have had for two years started to have speckles on the lenses. I brought them in because I couldn't clean them and was told that the surface is delaminating, hence the speckles. It can't be repaired and they asked for $300 to replace the lenses in my current frame. Stupidly, I did this, but I will never shop there again. It's unfortunate because I really like their frames, but I think the quality and their standing behind product leaves a lot to be desired.

Harassment from text messages. I keep texting"Stop", but they keep sending messages to me from a different number. Seems like a scam.

Beautiful high priced glasses that are NOT built to last. Very disappointed in the quality of construction. And Eyebobs doesn't stand behind their product. A waste of $100 for me.

Customer service is so rude and unhelpful it seems like a parody. With all the options for the same service online, why give a company your business when their staff can't be bothered to make an effort.

Website prices outside of the USA are wrong as the exclude duties and taxes

The cost of returns outside of the USA is excluded and can be very expensive + you CANNOT reclaim the duties and taxes

Lastly, their customer services leave a lot to be desired, they need to go to one of the Disney customer services classes - not impressed !

Every pair I have bought (3) have broken in the same exact place at exactly 18months of use. The metal hinge broke. The metal literally broke into two pieces and the arm that goes over your ear just fell off. 100% a quality control issue. Their warranty is 12 months. For 90 bucks I would expect more. I have readers I paid 10 bucks for that have lasted longer. Will not buy from them again.

I ordered a pair of reading glasses for near vision. They sent me a distant vision set instead. Hmmm sure, we all make mistakes, CoVId and politics has everyone distracted, no problem. I sent them back after talking to customer service. 2 weeks later I get my glasses, try them on....distant vision again. Did they just sent the same glasses again?? This time I talked to them twice and sent a written message, arial font 24, plain English, a first grader could understand my request.
Today I get my reading glasses (again) via Fed Ex, open the paper, put new glasses (there is no way they can screw up 3 times)....guess what. Same distant vision glasses.
I give up on EyeBobs, what a shame. They should change their business to shoe delivery (wait, would I get 2 left sided shoes over and over again?).
My advice: DO NOT USE EYEBOBS, EVER!

Lots of great choices in frames that are unique and funky. I had prescription lenses made. They were perfect. The price for my glasses was half of what I usually pay. Great service at the Montgomery Mall store.
