Josh has great listening and understanding ability. I consider this ability rare nowadays because of the way of the world is declining in basic humanity.
Even though we're at the beginning of this journey, I'm appreciative of the extra help I'm receiving in solving some of my obstacles.

I had no idea of this service. My representative, Piper, has offered to help find solutions for some of the "elder" problems I am having. I don't know what the outcome will be but it's good to feel there is someone there to help.

We have had a very positive experience with EZhealth. Caitlin our guide has been most helpful, caring, and easy to work with whenever we have had questions or needed assistance with any need we have had. Including Medicare questions, helping us find a medical alert company, help with a resent address change due to relocating. It is reassuring to know there is someone available to help guide you through the process and point you in the right direction when you are unsure of what to do. Just knowing Caitlin is a phone call away with any questions I might have is comforting. She has helped my mother and me my mother’s caretaker tremendously. I don’t think I could have done it without her. We truly appreciate the support that we have received and would recommend EZ Health and definitely Caitlin. She’s a definite 10 in our book.

I have seen firsthand the difference EZ Health has made in my parents’ lives. Navigating healthcare, home care, transportation, insurance, appointments, and community resources can be incredibly overwhelming, especially as parents get older and their needs become more complicated.

What has impressed me most is that EZ Health does not just give my parents a list of phone numbers and leave them to figure everything out. Their Guide actually follows through, makes calls, coordinates with providers and agencies, checks on services, and continues working on an issue until there is a real next step or solution.

Angela is very good at dealing with whatever my needs are at anytime. She communicates promptly and clearly. She is readily accessible.

Knowing that someone can help with medical guidance

Everyone I talk to was very nice. They seem to honestly care about what I needed as a senior. And they followed through when they said they were going to do something. I was impressed.

Our representative,Caitlin, is excellent. She checks on us at least weekly and more often as needed. She is intuitive and sends information pertinent to Bob’s needs at the time as issues arise. That is so helpful and decreases my stress level. She investigates possible products we might need for safety issues also. Things I wouldn’t think of…she helps me stop and think and keep me from missing things my husband would benefit from. I don’t know what we would do without her! Thank you Caitlin for every single thing you do for us! I’m sure all of your other families you serve feel the same!

This company is really devoted to helping you stay in your home. I am working with Erin, who is very patient and knowledgeable. If she doesn’t have the answers immediately she will investigate and come up with answers timely.

Our representative has faithfully stayed in touch with both my husband and I, even though we are in different states at this time. She has gone above and beyond to help us get the services we requested and need. She has been very polite and respectful especially in sensitive areas of our information and very understanding.
