Awful company to deal with ‘ had no communication from this so called company ‘ certainly not professional’ taken my money ‘ then no goods sent out ‘
Looking at all the reviews ‘ everyone can’t be wrong ‘ just be very careful if you buy anything from these cowboys

Terrible company ,
I have paid time and time again for 24 hour tracked delivery
Yet , they constantly defraud me and send my item via 48 hour tracked delivery,
Why give me the option to pick for 24 hour tracked service if your just going to ship it 48 hours

What a terrible company. I ordered 2 meters of fabric through Amazon but they only sent me one meter. When I wrote to them they did not respond. They normally rob people in this way. I will never order anything from them again and I recommend it to everyone. Such scammers, the company should be closed. There are definitely a lot of scams out there.

I don’t even know this business is still standing ? Their customer service is atrocious and disappointing! Do not order from this website - they seem like a scammer wanting to scam people. Because you will never get your product that you ordered nor get any reply back from them when you email them. Waste of space in this world when I tell you.

Same as others, I feel like I’ve been swindled. No sign of the product 10 days later, no response to emails or calls. I’m owed a refund but they’re NOWHERE. Do not use this company!

What an uitterly horrible company. I have visited on MULTIPLE times both in 2025 and in 2026 and BOTH times the website stated the item was in stock. BOTH times the item was NOT in stock and I was told to order it online. On this most recent occasion, I explained that I needed the fabric and I clearly asked if I was to order online if it would arrive in the next few days and I was told yes. 8 days later, fake Royal Mail code, no item. If you read other buyers reviews this seems a common occurance.
If an item is not in stock, TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE, and don't make it able to purchase. The owner is very very rude, and I will be continuing to pursue him until I get my £35 refund for items I did NOT receive and were not shipped in a timely manner.
Seems this owner needs a lesson is customer service and how to run a business. Horrendous experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would be, items I ordered never arrived and the company sent me a fake Royal Mail tracking number to make it look like they’d sent my goods, when I complained that I’d not received anything they responded saying they’d send again and send another tracking number which I never received. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order which was delivered 10 days later than tracking said which meant I no longer needed it as I had to make alternative plans. I’ve been trying to return the fabric for a month now their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t even send it back at this point if they did get back to me as I know they will not refund

A second review from me as Fabriques did the same thing they did for another fabric we ordered ~ they switched it without telling us and offered us a low quality alternative. They do not tell you they are doing this, they do not respond to customer service, they do not answer their phone. Avoid these guys at all cost, they've cost our business dearly with this shady behaviour as we now have an influx of returns and refunds.

Did not receive my first order, and when it was resent I received the wrong item. I am still awaiting av refund. Communication was quick but unapologetic; almost like dealing with customer complaints is a regular occurrence. Would not recommend using this company.

Samples took 2 weeks to arrive and I received the wrong colour for one of them. Emailed, got a response a week later saying that they will send the correct colour sample out - this was on November 17th. I still haven't received the correct sample.

And have ignored my multiple mails about it. Losers.

Terrible experience here as well! Ordered fabric on the 14th of November and still haven't received it. Initially they replied to my message saying it's still in transit, but have since contacted FedEx and they have no reference for the parcel indicating they never shipped it. They have since ignored me and do not reply to emails or pick up the phone.

I really would avoid this company for online orders as you cannot guarantee that they will even send the item out to you. Their apologies do not feel heartfelt, and I think that personally they should take off their website and online ordering as they obviously cannot manage it properly. Please see below the run of my events with this company.

Order was accepted 26/10/25
Order apparently on its way 27/10/25
Postage set up 27/10/25 but was still pending on 04/11/25 so sent an email requesting info.
Received email on 11/11/25 apparently replacement items to be sent out. Will receive email confirmation.
Email sent to company on 21/11/25 asking where the tulle is, and asking for a refund. Received an email on 24/11/25 with an apology, and that I would receive a refund, but it took another day for the refund to appear.

I wish there was an option to choose zero star! I also wish I read the reviews before I ordered from this company!!!!
No one responded to my emails about wanting to return the product. It was very badly made and not fit for the purpose! I returned the item paying for the return delivery cost myself! And I had a confirmation email that they had received the parcel! Yet, still no sign of refund!!! Has been two months now! This is unacceptable!

Appalling company! Ordered 22nd October 25 paid for next day delivery, still waiting over a week later. No response to emails, never answer the phone. This company is registered to Texitalia Ltd, trading standards have been informed

Do not order from this company! Ordered nearly two weeks ago, allegedly sent, told them it hadn’t arrived they promised to send another. Wasn’t received, tried emailing, chat, instagram. Finally got someone on the phone and they apparently sent yesterday but didn’t forward tracking and when I rang back they didn’t answer. About to open a case with PayPal as I don’t think they’ve ever sent it! Same as previous reviewers, wish I’d read trust pilot first !

Only gave one star cos I can't give less! These guys are theives - they have stolen hundreds of pounds from me. Ordered in good faith but never arrived - phone not being answered - no response from email or web chat! Like the reviewer below, I sooooooooooooooo wish I had read the reviews first. Please don't make the same mistake as me

Well what a place I went in to this place with my girlfriend friend we are both 17 and the guy that owns it is such a creep he kept asking my girlfriend if I wanted to come bake later for some fun so we didn't buy anything and I would strongly recommend people to stay away

Ordered a few items from them, one item was the wrong size, one was the wrong colour and one was missing from the order entirely. I emailed to let them know and asked for this to be rectified. I have not had a response, its been a fair few days and they haven't bothered to respond so I opened a paypal case and got my money back. This was my first, and last, time using them. Absolutely zero customer service!
