Fantastic service, professional and efficient. After years of successful use of my Marriott timeshare in Marbella, it was time to sell. Fab were quite literally Fab in making this happen. Found a buyer and took care of all the paperwork so it was a smooth and easy process. Highly recommended.

Wir haben uns im Jahre 2017 entschlossen unsere timeshare–ownership in Playa Andaluza nach über 10 Jahren aufzugeben. Nachdem uns Marriott (MCVI) entgegen ursprünglicher Zusicherung keine Hilfestellung bieten konnte haben wir uns an FabProperty Estepona gewendet. Dieser Institution dürfen wir nach Abschluss des Transfers ein einwandfreies Zeugnis ausstellen: FabProperty hat uns klar über den zu erwartenden Ablauf informiert. Die Administration und die Abfolge des Verkaufes hat dann absolut unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr kooperativ , freundlich und terminbewusst. Wir warnen vor zu hohen Erwartungen an den Verkaufspreis, die ursprünglich (seitens MCVI) gemachten Versprechungen können nicht realisiert werden. In April this year (2017) we went on a Marriott Vacation Club trial holiday for 4 days at the MVC Playa Andalucia and were instantly in love with the resort. However, the price of the timeshare presented by the representative there was quite steep.

We researched this the night after our presentation and fabtimeshare came up within our search. We chatted with Andrew Briggs (an ex-Marriott Timeshare Representative) through webchat that night at around 10 pm and he really displayed his knowledge about how the Marriott Timeshare system works, how we can get the most benefit out of these schemes and the pros and cons of buying timeshare through Marriott vs Resales. We then met up with him the morning after as his offices were literally 5 minutes away from the resort. He was brilliant in explaining (he has timeshare running in his veins) and not only did we buy a week for a bigger unit (3 bed 3 bath vs 2 bed 2 bath), we paid 25% of the cost quoted by Marriott.

Now, this is the most important bit! His aftersales service is absolutely brilliant! Even after the sale had gone through, he never ceases to amaze me in his customer service and help on how to make bookings, when to make a booking etc. I sent an email to him this week and he called me back 5 minutes later to explain the answer to my question.

So, great knowledge backed up by even better support. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone looking for Marriott timeshare.

You will not regret using them!!

At the beginning I was reluctant to use Fabtimeshare for buying my time share in Marriott's Village d’Ile-de-France, because there were many other sites that provide the same service and I did not know who to trust.

They always called to explain in details my inquiries. Their advice was honest, and they offered me a price lower than any other site.
Completion of the time share transfer was earlier than the promised date.

What is more important, they continued to provide prompt support even after transfer was completed.
