CamperKing @ Factory Campers Opiniones

Our whole experience from the start has been brilliant with Factory Campers.

As novices to buying a camper, Rich didn't bombard us with overly technical language and spoke with real clarity on all aspects of the van and it's purchase.

Having borrowed a family members VW California that was straight off the conveyor belt, we were worried that a conversion would not live up to the standards and the search for 'best value for money' would result in corners being cut in our expectations.

Just one visit to Factory Campers erased all worries. The standard of camper is amazing. The process Rich and his team has taken us through in purchasing a van shell, choosing our bespoke conversion and then taking us through the conversion process has been great. The speed of purchase to conversion completion was within 5 weeks which is amazing and even during Lockdown, Factory Campers looked after the camper whilst we awaited a time to collect.

We can't recommend Factory Campers enough. If you are thinking of purchasing a quality campervan, I wouldn't look any further. We love our camper.

The moment we first walked into factory campers we had a good feeling about the place. Richard put us at ease with a number of affordable options and felt very comfortable in a no pressure atmosphere. Trev our T6 was built within in 6 weeks and now we are extremely happy campers.

Fantastic customer service and made every effort to help my little family. Would recommend to anyone

Denise and Franco been looking for a motor home or a Caravan, we decided that both options were not for us after driving a motor home,(too big) and Caravan, I didn't like driving with that on my back and the obvious think that with a motor home we could not use as a day car

So we looked for something that it was both easy to drive, plenty of space, and could be used to drive around, we looked at some Campervan and we liked them, after researching for campervan builder we decided on the "Factory CamperS" based in Cheshire.
We had few meets with Richard, he shows us few already converted T6 Transporter, and the choice of 1 of those or he could help us to source a nearly new T6. With Rich help we found a nearly new VW T6 that we bought.6 weeks later we got our fully fitted Campervan with all our specs.
Thanks again Rich

We own a beautiful van that Rich had custom built for us two years ago. Absolutely everything in it is top spec. We’ve had loads of great holidays already and have many more planned. On the odd occasion I’ve had a trivial query, Jo has e-mailed me straight back with an answer. We have recommended Factory Campers to everyone that’s admired our van

Amazing people. Honest, helpful, and friendly! Couldn't recommend enough.

Really great people to deal with, helpful and professional

Overall our experience in dealing with Factory Campers was great. Rich was extremely helpful in finding the right donor van and with helping us understand the conversion options and answering our endless questions efficiently and with humour. We hoped to have our van at fairly short notice to use over the summer for a long trip around Europe and Rich made this happen, for which we were all very grateful. For a big purchase like this, I needed someone I could trust to help, Factory Campers did that for us. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent personal service from start to finish, something which is very important on a purchase of this size. They located the host van for us, which was exactly what we were looking for, and then organised the conversion to our individual specification. We would recommend them to anyone considering the purchase of a campervan.

First class experience in purchasing our camper van from start to finish and a big thanks to Jo and Rich who were very friendly and knowledgeable throughout.
Would definitely recommend Factory campers

Rich and Jo have been really helpful and professional in our dealings with them, when purchasing the van and with any queries we've had as newbie van owners. The conversion is top quality and we've had some fab trips - we love the freedom and versatility of campervan touring. Would definitely recommend.

From the Initial Phone call to Rich, up until the delivery of my Campervan, Jo and Rich couldnt have been more helpful. Nothing but nothing was too much trouble. Cant fault them and would buy again from them in a Heartbeat.

Mark.

Great service and after sales care. Understood our requirements and keep in touch throughout the process. Very friendly service.

Factory Campers were great. They helped us through every step of the process and made it easy to follow.
The van was exactly as we had specified and was on time.
We have had no issues and we would recommend Factory Campers to anyone

Absolutely amazing company to deal with. From initial consultation to after sales communication, they are second to none. Our campervan 'Vinnie' is one of the family and we're so happy 😄

Based on our experience of Factory Campers I would highly recommend them.

The staff at factory campers where very helpful and guided me through the buying process so I understood every stage that I was at. As a first time camper van buyer my knowledge was very low of what is available. The staff gave me options to fit my financial limitations and allowed me to take time to make a decision. I purchased a vehicle from this Company and am very happy with it.
