Ordered 3 bearings and 2 seals from here for around $220. Had good price and only place I found that had all 5 items. After 2 weeks I investigated after not receiving anything. Order process said "awaiting fulfillment". Opened a case file asking when they expected to fill order. No response so emailed several times with same question over next 7-10 days. No response whatsoever. Attempted calling but could not get through. Finally opened a chat and got someone to correspond. He said all items were unavailable and couldnt give me any estimate when that might change. Said he could substitute cheaper bearings and ship immediately. I reluctantly agreed. waited another week and checked again. Still nothing had been shipped according to my order status. Again opened a chat and asked the status now. He said he would check and just stay in the chat and he would let me know. Chat expired with no response. Tried again following day with exactly same result. No response. opened another chat and asked for a refund as I was fed up. He said no problem , will issue refund today. 8 days later no refund has been issued or is pending according to the credit card company . Filled a dispute with credit card company for the charge. Awaiting result from that which may take 90 days. Just a huge waist of time and effort, not to mention the aggravation.

OK, I will write this rare review. I was surprised the order processed so quickly. Must have come from a regional warehouse. I have not yet begun the assembly, but product certainly feels heavy duty.

I recently purchased a motor from Factory Supply Outlet and saved over $1,500.00 by ordering direct versus going through our electrical company. It was my first time purchasing from FSO and the first time I was replacing this motor. I had a lot of questions about the specs of the motor. My rep, Anderson, took his time responding to each question, provided me multiple quotes on products, and explained their return/cancellation policy. Once I felt comfortable and completed the purchase, they followed up with confirmation and an ETA on the product. I was very surprised to see the motor was delivered the very next morning. Our facility is within an hour of one of their warehouses but I was still very impressed. Thank you Anderson for your help!

I have been getting order expected to ship soon update emails on my open order which is great and appreciated, but this has been going on since 2022. I email for information and get BS garbage answers. The order never ships, but without fail, I get my monthly order update. It's comical at this point.
