Their site makes ordering and reordering products a breeze. They send out emails with the shipping links for the shippers used and have great response times on questions.

Apparently, they don’t understand that backorder isn’t the same as being in stock. I placed an order on July 15th, 2025 and it’s August 6th, 2025 and I still don’t have my items. They ignored my email requesting cancellation a week prior, and now claim to relay a tracking number after I filed a dispute (of course, UPS hasn’t received the package yet and its been 2 days, why I am not surprised).

Also a heads up, there’s no phone number listed in any of their emails or on their website, so you can probably expect some shady business going on here.

They were extremely quick with their time response and very supporting to any questions we had. Great service!
