Brilliant quality product, I was really impressed. True to size too! I bought a jumper as a gift and the packaging was very nice, so much so that I think I’ll keep the gift in the box when I wrap it! I was surprised at how quickly I received the product too! I was really impressed with the whole service and I will definitely buy from Fail-Forward again!

Ordered a new hoodie
Ordered a new hoodie , it arrived but was way too big and not to the sizing given 40/42 , Sent a return request and did get a reply , So I followed Amy’s instructions , and returned at a cost of £12 as the PO BoX given couldn’t be found by post office , Guaranteed delivery Tuesday, Was delivered to Address and signed for , I have had no response from my emails dating 7 days ago and closer , No contact saying we have received my return for exchange , Very poor customer service and not sure if it’s actually a scam business …
