I do not trust this business
I do not trust this business. Letter received today with two incorrect statements on it. First states they contacted me as I signed to share information - this is not factually correct I assist many people with online security and would never myself sign away my details. Secondly states they got my details from Experien - this is impossible as my details are in a "locked" status so they would not be revealed. Furthermore the legal requirement to advise potential clients that they could do the service themselves for free is there - but it is in tiny print and is printed white on blue which is almost impossible to read. This sort of behaviour is simply unacceptable. Don't forget everyone - you can do this yourselves for free and it is really easy and you don't end up handing over a big percentage of any payout - I feel so sorry for all this people who left positive reviews without realising they had handed over maybe 30 to 40 percent of any payout for the sake of simply contacting their finance provider themselves with a quick email

YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY SOMEONE FOR PCP CAR FINANCE CLAIMS.
While I know it's not illegal to send marketing mail, how dare you send out such trash about the recent car finance issues when it can be done for free AND car finance companies themselves must put in effort to find rightful claimants. Trying to profit up to 30% off these claims is vulturous, manipulative, disingenuous and disgusting. Couldn't even spell the recipient name correctly.

Don't trust
I would have given no stars. This is a scam company do not trust. I have had a letter sent to me about a car I have bought and about car finance I have taken out... I have never owned a car or taken fiance on a car as I can't even drive a car.... Just be very cautious of this so called company. This company is clearly just out to steal your money..... What a farce company...

From initial starting point it was very easy to start the process and being informed every step of the way is amazing so up to this point I would definitely recommend Fair to support your claims will update on completion but don’t foresee this changing my rating
