My item arrived in time for Xmas. I had messaged to double check it would and got a quick reply advising me it had been posted and if any problems to get back intouch. My gift arrived and that night I got an email just to check it had came ok so was a great service, I will definitely order again as the quality of the tote is excellent my friend will be delighted. This is the first time I’ve dealt with this company but will certainly be doing so again. I had a problem using my 20% discount code (probably my fault) and they sorted it for me immediately, and it was on a Sunday evening! Very happy with my purchases as well.
