Mizuno JPX ONE driver
Ordered a custom Mizuno JPX ONE driver and the whole process was smooth and professional. Shaft options, swing weight and setup were all configured exactly as requested. Customer support was very responsive and knowledgeable about the different fitting options.
The driver itself is incredible — very forgiving, long off the tee and surprisingly easy to shape shots with. Build quality is top level and the club arrived perfectly packaged. It’s hard to find stores in Europe with this level of Mizuno expertise and custom service. Will definitely order again.

Teilweise empfehlenswert. Wenn man Zeit zum Warten hat, ist es in Ordnung. Allerdings steht auf der Homepage, dass die Artikel an Lager sind. Fragt man nach, erhält man die Auskunft, dass der Artikel nächste Woche geliefert werde. Nach der Bestellung bekommt man dann plötzlich ein neues Lieferdatum – nochmals zwei Wochen später.
Nach Ablauf dieses Datums fragt man erneut nach, wo die Ware bleibt, und erhält weitere Versprechungen, die ebenfalls nicht eingehalten werden. Als Begründung werden Feiertage und ein hohes Bestellvolumen genannt. Ich habe sogar Expressversand vorgeschlagen und angeboten, die zusätzlichen Kosten selbst zu übernehmen. Trotzdem blieb es bei leeren Worten.
Bestellt am 9. April – und am 8. Mai die Ware immer noch nicht erhalten. Sehr schade.
Ihre Bemerkung:
Nehmen sie umgehend meine persönliche Daten raus. Haben sie auch schon was von Datenschutz gehört!

Initial slow response, issue solved quickly
I ordered a club several weeks ago, but after receiving the order confirmation it went silent. Emails remain unanswered and the phone is not picked up.
Update: After some days and a reminder Falber Golf responded with an update about the delayed order. I cancelled the order due to the longer lead time and it was processed immediately.

Great Clubs
Great Clubs, bought 923 HM, 5-SW, and improved my handicap by 10 strokes.
Unfortunately 023 no run our and I wanted to add the Gap Wedge, so bought the 925 with the same shaft. Worked well. Love Mizuno♥️

My experience with Mizuno started with fitting performed by Mr. Falber
My experience with Mizuno started with the fitting of the irons with Mr. Falber where I was very satisfied with his approach. Following that I purchased irons JPX 923 HM PRO that are great and I love it. After 1 year of using I had some issue regarding the defect on the head of 9 iron. Within 2 weeks the head of the iron was replaced. I appreciate the attitude as well as reactivity of Mizuno. Following that I purchased ST-G driver and ST-G Titanium 3W I am extremely satisfied. My next clubs will be definitively coming from Mizuno. :-)

Sono arrivato a contattare Miroslav innanzitutto perché ho trovato una persona competente e sopratutto chiara nella comunicazione. Nel golf spesso ogni fitter o negozio specializzato non specifica tutti i dettagli, non è molto chiaro sui prezzi, etc... mentre ho trovato tutto questo in lui. Ho potuto personalizzare l'equipaggiamento nei minimi dettagli e nonostante ci fossero ritardi imputabili al produttore per recuperare tutto, intanto è riuscito a farmi arrivare buona parte dei bastoni velocemente e nei tempi indicati.
Per l'unico wedge che non era disponibile, mi ha aggiornato di volta in volta sui tentativi che stava facendo con la casa madre fino a quando non è riuscito a soddisfare la mia richiesta, offrnedomi comunque nel frattempo delle alternative nel caso in cui avessi voluto valutare altre soluzioni in tempi più brevi.

I reached out Miroslav primarily because I found him to be a competent person and, above all, clear in his communication. In golf, it's often the case that each fitter or specialized shop does not specify all the details, is not very transparent about prices, etc. However, I found all of this in him. I was able to customize the equipment down to the smallest details and despite there being delays attributable to the manufacturer for retrieving everything, he managed to get most of the clubs to me quickly and within the indicated time frame.
For the only wedge that was not available, he kept me updated on the attempts he was making with the manufacturer until he was able to fulfill my request, meanwhile offering me alternatives in case I wanted to consider other solutions in a shorter time frame.

Very happy with my new Mizuno wedge
After ordering a putter in december, which was delivered in good order, I ordered a new wedge 4 weeks ago. Correct communication what is ordered and I also got an email when my wedge was shipped. All received in good order so I'm very happy and the communication with Miroslav about the grip and lie van mijn wedge was perfect and clear.
