Got immediate reply, they even went up to the shop to show me a photo of the necklace. Arrived 2 days later in perfect condition, perfect quality, lovely box and wrapped. Thank you so much !

They have outstanding customer service. The store is great when we went to Ireland last fall. Olly who helped me was outstanding and really bent over backwards to make my purchase great. This time I ordered thru their website which is layed out very well with descriptions that are right on. I cannot say enough good things about them. Shipping to USA was absolutely no problem at all for them.

Your staff was extremely efficient, accommodating my special request. The challadaugh ring (a high school graduation gift for my granddaughter) arrived in a timely delivery. I haven't seen the ring yet (since I'm in Florida), but am sure it will live up to your reputation.

There is a good selection of items, and the checkout process was simple. Delivery was also efficient.

4 stars instead of 5 because I couldn't make my purchase with a credit card. It kept failing. So I added the card to my PayPal account and was able to pay that way.
