I live in the West Midlands and ordered a watch on 28 December 2025 and received it on 2 January 2026. The service I received was impeccable and the watch packaged beautifully not to mention securely. Based on my experience I have no problem in recommending Fallers Jewellers.

Delivery time was to long. Delivery was to a Galway address so I expected it sooner.
Also I was disappointed that there was no reduction on certain christmas decorations from Swarovski crystal in the sale after Christmas.

There was a problem with payment accidentally being taken twice and Fallers sorted this out promptly. The bracelet I ordered for my daughter came very quickly before Christmas and was beautifully wrapped she was delighted. I will be ordering from Fallers again.

I ordered the opal sterling silver claddagh to celebrate my Irish grandma and I'm in love with it. It fits perfectly and the order process was smooth, it came even faster than I anticipated. The ring itself it beautiful and has all the hallmarks and stamps from the Irish Assay Office. Thank you Fallers!
