The delivery time is not 7 days it took nearly 3 weeks to turn up and the customer support is non existent. All contact details are blocked off or going to an empty inbox.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing goods. The clothes are not fit for purpose and sizes are not correct. I am now out of pocket and they are refusing to give a full refund!! Absolute con and ripping people off!! I have reported to shopify as these people should not be trading and have also raised trading standards. They have the Gaul to state that they will deduct fees and shipping when returning goods when you have to return them back to China yourself. They telephone number does not work and emails take days to be replied too!! I will not get a full refund and this is nothing more than a scam!! Avoid at all costs!!

Took forever to get shipping confirmation and their service email got a bounce back. End of story. Hoping to get me clothes.

I ordered a pair of stretch tactical pants. I was impressed by the good quality and the sensibly placed pockets with zippers. The customer service was also friendly and courteous. I will definitely order from there again

Sadly I have fallen into the same trap as those before me, ordered combat trousers 34W30L over 2 weeks for express delivery, once they arrived I couldn’t get them past my thighs, asked for a refund and have basically been ignored, looks like I am £48 out of pocket, I would avoid these clowns like the plague, if I could give a minus star review I would. Lets you to believe they are a UK based company but definitely shipped from the far east

These people are running this Mickey mouse operation out the back of a shed.
Do not buy, if you look on Google review you'll see how many people are unhappy.
No returns policy or anyone to deal with it!
I was missold items, they only send one generic size out to everyone pertaining to trousers.
Then won't return them when asked
I've sent an email to'X' asking them to stop advertising there stuff

I will write an honest review everyday now about this 'mock tactical gear'.

I came across Falour on Instagram and liked the trousers featured in their ads. I purchased three pairs through the link provided on Instagram. Seeing they were based in London and not far from me, I assumed they were a legitimate company.

A few days later, when I noticed the delivery hadn’t arrived, I requested to cancel the order as I was going abroad. Instead of cancelling, they sent me a tracking link. By this point, I was already abroad and emailed them to express my concerns—if the parcel was left on my doorstep and stolen, it would be their responsibility, as no delivery should be left unattended.

When I returned to London 10 days later, I found the parcel on my doorstep. Fortunately, it was still there. However, upon opening it, I was extremely disappointed. The trousers were poorly made and looked nothing like the ones advertised online.

I immediately emailed to request a return and refund. Since then, I’ve been completely ignored—no responses whatsoever. As a result, I had to open a dispute case with PayPal to resolve this issue.

This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company to anyone

Awful company, total scam. I received the good but wanted to return for a full refund. What sort of business doesn’t accept a return? They ignored my emails until I threatened to leave a bad review then they offered me a £25 refund?!? I purchased 2 pairs of trousers that came to £90. Work that one out!
I tried calling the number on the website and it says “mobile turned off”!
Total scammy company. Do not bother ordering.

On this 2nd order everything worked just fine. After a little dissatisfaction on the first order we tried again with a little worry, but everything went great

I ordered four pairs of pants at the cost of $160. I ordered 36x30 pants. They arrived and I couldn’t even button them. I looked at the size and instead of them being 36x30, they are XL. No way in this world are they equivalent to size 36. So now what? They seem to be really nice pants, but they don’t fit. Not even close.

I would recommend anyone thinking of using company DON'T USE THEM, the customer service is the worst I've ever come across, delivery times are ridiculously long, products are shabby and if you want to return anything you have to pay handling fees and postage to China. Stay clear of Falour

The item was ordered was juat what we wanted but too small. They have helpfully agreed to sent the larger size. They responded to every email.

Took an age to arrive, they ignored my emails when trying to see if they'd been dispatched.

Poor quality material on the pants, not worth half the amount they've charged.

I provided them with my correct measurements and the pants are far too small and tight.

Worst pants I have ever purchased, save your money, buy Craghoppers and at least you know you're getting quality.

I made my order 12 days ago and still haven't received it taking a little too long

Pants falling apart after two washes - no customer service whatsoever.

Similar experience to others. Bought two pairs of trousers from them for £85. I didn't like them and then when I contacted them to return I was offered £10. My bad for not checking their terrible reviews but really these people should not be selling clothes on-line when they do not operate a normal return-refund policy, but imply they do. This is a con. I have reported them to the trading standards authority via Citizens advice and suggest others do likewise.

Size chart is off

Asked for an exchange, they said if we left them a good review they would exchange my item for me. When I tried contacting them I found that this is impossible. They don’t return calls emails or text messages. I gave up on asking for an exchange and asked for a refund, just to be met with the same problem. Total CON, I would advise not to buy from Falour uk.
