Scammers with cheap rubbish from China.
Ordered 2 very expensive pairs of work trousers. They did a great job in misleading me into thinking I was buying quality but after 3/4 weeks I received 2 pairs of trousers that were made out of some kind of plastic and they were 2XL with Velcro fastening waist band. I don’t know how a 36w x 34L translates to 2XL !!?
I’ve been offered a partial refund if I agree to say there isn’t a problem. Apparently I can’t send back to their uk office as it’s now closed and if I want a full refund I have to return to China at my expense.
Absolute scammers with no morals!

The wrong size arrived but new ones have been dispatched with no fuss.

I bought the Khaki tactical stretch pants.
The quality is good, rip stop material, stretch waist, lots of pockets and quite lightweight. When ordering I would advise going for a size up. Customer service were very helpful to sort my sizing problem out.

Ordered 34 W trousers which were too small. Contacted Falour and they have sent bigger size. And I can keep other trousers. Great!

Great quality pants! They were a size too small. I messaged the company and they are sending a larger size. Great customer service!!

I ordered a pair of work trousers for my husband which were a bit too tight for him but good quality and look look good. Customer service was very good and they sorted a replacement out prompt. I would say size up.

Ordered items worth of £130 after noticing they haven’t even been dispatched I emailed them no reply phone number doesn’t work no way of contacting them don’t buy from them

Ordered 36/34 trousers which took about two weeks to arrive. When they arrived the size was miles off even though they said 36/34 inside and the quality was very poor. I also ordered a belt which was poor quality and they don’t provide invoices, steer clear!

I’m real happy that the both items are the size I required of and are exactly as described in description as well as in the photos, and even after i hasten to add had some technical issues in the beginning with tracking on the delivery app or lack of, but despite that minor glitch am giving credit where its due to the company for honouring their word with them promising a goodwill gesture once product arrives as it did they duly kept their side of the bargain. A very rare experience for me also would recommend these jeans to looking for this particular type:)

Spent £50 on a pair of pants (26th May 2024), they are lovely, but were too small. Company replied quickly and said I didn't need to send them back in exchange for a 5-star review! Pants were delivered on 21st June - slight wait, but have 2 pairs.

Phone number doesn't work, but relatively quick to respond by email.

Every one star review you read is accurate about these people. I got most of my money back. They wanted me to write a good review after wasting my time. Nope. Sorry. Your products don’t fit and they are not the products you show on your website. The pictures they make you take is so they can see what product they shipped you and then go on the website and change the pictures to reflect what they sent. It’s comical actually. I won’t be back. I can promise you that.

Scam. Got it charged back with my bank's fraud team eventually, although it took a few weeks.

Edit- I keep getting these replies by email as well- even after being refunded- which I thought was weird at first, but apparently they are just automatic replies from their AI system! Mental!

i really liked these jeans when i saw them on the website and when they arrived (this took quite a while) they were way too big. the style and structure of the jeans is great - a sort of utility feel to them but more slim line - they have loads of little pockets and a stretchy denim that allows movement and comfort. so i started being in touch with customer services to get the right size sent. this also took a long time with a lot of back and forth emails but today my new perfectly fitting jeans arrived and i love them.

I ordered a pair of pants and shorts. The shipping took about two weeks which was advertised as 5-14 days on the website. The material was good and the items were what I expected. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and working with customer service via email has been helpful. Just know when you order, it’s not Amazon and your package may take a bit longer to arrive.

Do not buy! I repeat do not buy from this site!It is fraudulent and a complete scam. I’m glad I didn’t order anything too expensive.
I’ve contacted the relevant authorities. Hopefully this will stop others being scammed. Their response below is the only genuine one. Others have been instantaneous standard responses, only when any negative reviews are made here. Saying “I” instead of “we” says it all. Not a proper response from a genuine company.

Do not even think about buying anything from them....total rip off.
They do not have sizes stated on website and just send anything, then argue about refund.
Keep well clear

Genuine scam. They have no location in the UK, don't process any refunds EVER, they send out SOME items to customers periodically (garbage, kid's clothes, shipped from china, takes weeks to arrive) to avoid getting shut down. If you are persistent in your complaints and take it to your bank they will offer a very small refund in exchange for a fake review, which then helps them catch more people.
