Horrible experience.

1. I was charged twice (€66 each) after ordering 2 shirts. One day later, I received a refund of €33.
2. Upon arrival of the package, there were 3 shirts inside, one of which was size S, while I wear size XL.
3. False9 denies having received a double payment and refuses to take back the third shirt.
4. They do not allow me to create a return form, and in email contact they are unwilling to cooperate.
5. The quality of the shirts is good nonetheless.
6. It seems that part of their business model is based on making returns difficult.

Apart from the long delivery time, which was stated previously everything seemed great with them. Until after I first wore one of the shirts and noticed a small tear.

I contacted them, said I loved their stuff etc - very nice and asked for a replacement or refund whichever is easiest. Only to be questioned as to why I'd only noticed an inch long tear under the armpit and emailed them after 11 days of having the shirt... erm, because I wore it 3rd August for the first time and emailed on 5th August when I had time to do so.

Awful customer service and experience with their email team.

Quality is 10/10 will definitely be ordering again

EDIT UPDATE - I finally got my item back - the products them self was never an issue and was very pleased with them! Need to just work on there replies however I appriciate them sorting this all out for me 👍 SOOO DISAPPOINTED - When buying from a company there’s an element of trust which false9fit have broken. Can’t shop with a company that ghosts you when things go wrong!!!!
I wanted to refund one item which by accident I sent the wrong item from another company - I have since sent several emails to false9 asking them to please send it back to me (happy to cover postage again). They responded once asking me for the tracking and since ignored every single email I have sent them - every phone number available to them is DEAD. If things go wrong you should have trust that a business will help you to rectify it. SO SAD OVER 1 set from another company they have lost a customer and probs so many more as I will tell people to stay away.

Honestly speaking I was sceptical at first, football gear is always the hardest to find, but man I got the Barcelona training top and was very pleased with my order, absolutely will be ordering again!

The shirts are nice quality. They fit really well and are comfortable. Would recommend if you’re looking for football shirts!

Superb quality item! Looks even better than images online. Sizing may not be quite accurate but make sure you go a size up if you do NOT like snug fit. These shirts are going to take over, why pay near £100 for current club or national kits. False 9 have got your back!
