OMG!! This rug is simply fantastic. And an incredible bargain as well. I waited a few months before writing this review so that I could see how it held up. It is extraordinary. It cleans very easily either with a vacuum or even just with a moist cloth. It is lustrous and completely transformed my living room. YAY!

Although I wasn't completely satisfied with the look of the rug I chose, I've never had better customer service in my life. In retrospect, I believe I should have contacted the company first, instead of a public comment regarding my disappointment. The company contacted me immediately and asked ME how to make things right. Who does that these days? Who actually converses with their customers directly? If you find a product you like, give Fame a try. They seem to be the kind of company anyone would want to do business with.

Ordered 2 rugs from Famerugs off Etsy and have been very pleased. I have had them for almost 6 months in high traffic areas with kids and dogs and they still look just as great.

These rugs are exactly what we were looking for. Communication was great and delivery was smooth.

Rug is of a good quality and looks pretty in my living room. Delivery was slightly delayed because of the COVID situation but seller response to questions was quick and kept me up to date on the delivery situation.
