Both sets of pajamas I ordered were not the size as depicted on their size chart. They were very very big. The good news is, this company responds immediately to your concerns and follows-up. Not only that, they acknowledge their mistakes. (refreshing) I did have to prove the dimensions were off by providing detailed pictures of pajamas aside tape measure proof, however they did rectify the situation to my satisfaction.

Although I was not satisfied with material of pajamas, the print and color were very nice. Jenny was extremely cooperative with my concerns and was willing to work with me to provide excellent customer service! If they improve the material selection I would definitely purchase from them.

Ordered 8 sets of PJ’s to give to our son and his brood of 6 kids. Mostly for just a Christmas picture and a day of fun. The delivery was very fast and the quality was ok for what we were looking for. Pants run very long but are easily hemmed or just rolled up. We thought the price of 300.00 delivered was not too bad for the occasion we wanted them for. They are very cute and can’t wait to give them.

We got the festive cow pajamas for our traditional family picture. We are very pleased with the way they look and the workmanship. They also wash well as per the washing instructions. They are a little long and the belly area could have a little more allowance (at least for my husband who is average size everywhere but his belly). But overall, great pjs for a great price!

I ordered 5 pairs of pajamas in 2 different sets.

1 of our sets I needed to change a size for and Jenny's company were able to accommodate after I had placed my order.
When they arrived I was extremely impressed on quality of material and look. I had ordered a personalized set with faces on them and was so pleased at how they turned out.

However once I held them up for a full picture I realized the sizing was definitely not what I was expecting. The Large size fit my XXL husband. The kids size 8/9 fit me, a regular womens size Medium.
I reached out to the company and they were more than helpful in finding a resolution that I was happy with. The customer service of this company is 100% satisfactory.

I recommended a sizing chart of some sort for future customers.

Even with the sizing issue I personally had I still suggested them to my sister for her family set and I will absolutely be ordering in the future.

Thanks for the quality and speed in which I received your pjs. My 9 grandchildren will be super excited this Christmas when they put them on. They are true to size for both the Adult and Children's sizes.

The image of the pj's online was exactly what I was looking for. However, you never know, once received, if the quality meets your expectations. These pj's certainly did! My son and grandson now have matching Star Wars Christmas PJ's and I know they will love these.

We absolutely love our family Christmas pajamas! We bought a set for our newest baby so we can all March again this year! I love the tradition we are starting with our kids early!

I ordered 5 sets of Christmas pajamas and the quality is horrible. They looked cute when we all dressed up and the sayings were funny, but they are so cheaply made that the letters and decals started falling off after just one use -- and one set showed up with deteriorating decals! I am writing this review 6+ months after my experience because I initially reached out to customer service citing my complaint. I provided photos of the deteriorating logos and words and was told they would offer some sort of refund or compensation. Nothing was ever followed up on. I was ready to cut my losses, but one of the shirts from my daughter just showed up in my laundry pile and I was reminded of what a waste of money this all was....and if I recall it was in the $200 range or there about. Find another company! These are cheaply made and as another reviewer mentioned, not only does the wording deteriorate after just one wash, but the fabric is so cheap it all sticks together in the dryer.

If I could give this company zero stars I would..I ordered 3 pj's and all 3 came shoved horrendously in a small package, material cheap and stuck together. I complained to the company after spending over $100 and company was like sorry here's $27 refund..I couldn't even wear the PJs I had to spend another $100 for quality pj's. I'm still fighting to get my refund. I told them I will send pj's. So disappointed. I just complained to the better business bureau and I filed a dispute with my bank!!! PLSE SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Just a quick update after months of me disputing these charges, the company finally sent my refund today 02/9/23. Unfortunately this is a lesson for me to do better research before buying from a small business online. I am grateful for my refund and for their response, however I will not do business online with this company again.

The pajamas were comfortable, cute, washed beautifully(no red running on the white shirts) and my family loved them! Excellent customer service too!

These were the absolute best quality pieces of clothing ever bought online. Very comfortable

it turned out to be 5 stars. In the beginning, I wasn't so sure. I didn't hear anything about my order for a few days. I finally emailed Jenny and she told me my design was on backorder and wanted to know if I would consider and different color, which I did. I ended up not getting the original. So, it turned out ok. It just worries me on how long it would have taken if I hadn't emailed. My kids love those Garfield pj. I'm thinking I might need some too.

I ran into a few hiccups but customer service handled everything and made sure I received my order prior to Christmas. The PJs were comfy. Its worth noting that these run a bit large. Maybe it’s true to fit but other brands I have used over the years have run really small so I ordered accordingly. I would use them again but I would order earlier next time.

Not a fan of the fabric ands ran too large. Poor quality considering cost of product.

Came just as pictured! However, took double the time to arrive than what it said on the website.

I was going to Disney in November for my 60 th birthday. I did not want to waste time looking for souvenirs so I started looking for something before I left. I got the idea to buy Mickie pjs so we could take a family photo. Then, we bought tickets for Polar Express. These “Mickie Believe” pjs were the perfect answer. The customer service was excellent. They came quickly and we all love them. Def wash on delicate and inside out and hang dry to last longer.

My original pajamas were not available. I found that out because I emailed to see what was taking so long to hear about when my order was shipped. I did get replacement pjs but I was a little disappointed in the picture on the top. For the price of the pjs, I expected more than an iron on. I thought it would be silk screened.
