Not sure if I’m allowed to leave a second review, but I just really like what this company is doing. Ordered another frame recently after I left the first review and I have no regrets. Seriously, I love these things and I’m really glad there’s a brand with similar beliefs to mine.
I really like this digital frame. I've had one from another brand in the past but I just didn't like the software as much as this one, is super easy to use.
I bought this frame for my dad and I didn't realize how much it would mean to him until it made him cry (good tears of course). The setup was straightforward and it was easy to invite the the rest of the family. It looks beautiful in his living room and doesn't feel like technology at all.
Ordered from them weeks ago and haven’t received the product, with no response after asking them for tracking information or refund.
Update: December 11th. To their credit, they have now supplied a tracking number after much effort and delays. I will update this review once the ordered product has been confirmed received and in good working condition. I’m still dubious, since I have heard some companies will send a fake low value different product or extremely shoddy version of what has been advertised, in order to produce a tracking number

We are very sorry about this situation. The customer support agent we originally hired unexpectedly disappeared without any notice, and their company has also been unable to reach them. Because of that, all support emails, contact forms, and order inquiries have gone unseen for the past month. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and nothing like this will happen again. Original Post: Placed an order on Oct-29. More than two weeks later still no information. In the tracking app I only see "Status unknown". Tried to contact customer support twice through the website and received no feedback.
Update (14/dec): Family Frame identified the problem and I confirm that I have received a full refund, plus a tracking number for the order. What appeared to be a scam has turned out into a professionally handled unfortunate situation. Thank you.

We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication over the past month. Due to an unexpected situation with our third-party support provider, they closed all operations without notice, leaving our support channels unmonitored during that time.
We are now back on track and want to make this right immediately. If you send us a new email with your order number, we will issue a full refund and send out a free replacement for your order. We feel terrible this happened and hope to restore your trust.
