Great experience
Great experience, but the email I was waiting for telling me about the arrival date or tracking for my order never came. This caused me anxiety as I was afraid there was an issue with the order.

I'm glad to hear the experience was mostly good. The email update is automatic with every order placed. Unfortunately it sometimes goes to SPAM or Junk mail because its from a bulk email server. We apologize for any anxiety and would be happy to take a call from you next time to put your mind at ease.

Brad, you were notified that this order was going to ship late because they were waiting for the stickers to arrive. You responded that you were ok with that. So why the bad rating???

Hello, it looks like the manufacture is waiting for more of the Sitting On Seven decals to arrive. They said they should have them within the next 7-10 days and will ship it as soon as they get them. Are you ok waiting for it? Sorry for the delay. Thanks

Rodger, I apologize for your wait. The nation is experiencing a pandemic and that has effected every industry but especially deliveries. These companies are contracted and are doing their best to keep up with demand when products are limited and staff is compromised. I am giving only 3 stars because I was never sent a confirmation email for my order and had no way to track my package. I was not sent an email that it shipped either. I did get my package and it was correct.
