This is one of the most thoughtful sports gifts I've purchased. Being able to upload a stadium photo makes it feel truly personal and meaningful. I'll definitely buy a different style for my friend.

I ordered a personalized sweatshirt, design was cute, quality was ehhh. Not a sweatshirt just an odd not soft material. Arm sleeve hem had a small hole in it. Emailed customer service at first they said we don’t offer refunds or returns. I pushed the issue since it was a product issue. They then said they would send me a new one if I paid a $15 fee…. What the heck how does a company ask you to pay for shipping on a defective item.

Everything from ordering to delivery went smoothly. The quality of the custom products really stands out, especially for sports fans who want something unique.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with FanaticsFootball. I ordered two sweatshirts, and while I was willing to wait for them to come from China, the products that arrived were shocking. They were poorly made with cheap iron-on images, and one of the designs was completely wrong.

When I reached out to the company for a return, they initially claimed that no returns were allowed, which was contrary to what I later found in their return policy. Their policy clearly states that returns are permitted for incorrect items, and mine was undeniably incorrect.

Over the past two months, I've been wrestling with their customer service in an attempt to secure a refund, and I’ve had to pay for return shipping out of my own pocket. In each communication, they kept trying to shortchange me: first offering a 10% refund, then 15%, and eventually a 20% refund, despite their website clearly stating that I am entitled to a full refund for receiving the wrong product.

Despite all my efforts, I still haven't received my refund! Save yourself the trouble—avoid this company at all costs!

They didn’t even bother to change the wording to English. Not as advertised on website and the fabric was so thin t-shirt material for a sweatshirt. Such a scam. Order from Etsy instead!

Do not pay for expedited shipping. It is a scam. It took 2 and 1/2 weeks to get my product. They offer it knowing it is not doable and will not refund it.
Product was very cheap. Not worth it at all. I wish I would have gotten something on Etsy, it would have gotten here faster and a lot better quality for what I paid.
Sadly, will go to Etsy or Amazon for any football gear in the future.

SCAM - NOT A TRUSTED SITE

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a custom sweatshirt. Took about a month to arrive but that’s not the worst part. The color (that I selected in a custom order for a school team) was all wrong. I reached out to the company with photos of it and requesting a refund because the sweatshirt is poor quality and not what I ordered. They wanted me to PAY to ship the sweatshirt back to China and THEN they would give me a 15% refund. The shipping cost to china is more than the sweatshirt’s worth and I just have to cross my fingers it makes it to a random warehouse and then they would give me my refund. Ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank because that’s absurd.

OVERALL… poor quality product and even poorer customer service. Get your team apparel somewhere else.

Items came in a fairly timely manner but the quality was terrible - the team name I paid to have custom stitched was illegible. When I contacted them about a return, they said I would need to send the item back to China at my own cost ($300+) and offered no other resolution after repeated attempts.

I ordered a custom sweatshirt from FanaticsFootball, and they completely messed it up. Instead of fixing their mistake, they’ve wasted over a month giving me the runaround with conflicting stories from different agents. One told me a replacement shipped, another said nothing would be sent until I returned the wrong item — and then they had the nerve to demand that I pay to return an item they got wrong.

Their customer service is disorganized, misleading, and refuses to take accountability. I finally had to escalate through PayPal because this company would not do the right thing.

If you value your time, money, or sanity — avoid FanaticsFootball. They do not stand behind their products or their customers.

Of I could give them no stars I would. We bought a stadium bottle and it showed up poorly packed and in a million pieces. Now they want us to pay for them to ship us another one. Stay away from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Total scam. Advertise on FB, turn out to be a chinese company. Cheap products arrive damaged, no response or satisfaction from email complaint. Dispute CC charge, then they respond asking for funds back but still not trying to resolve issues. Finally threw product away & CC dispute was finalized w return of funds.

Do not trust this company.
I ordered two items on 12/2. They sent one correct item, one incorrect. For the incorrect item, they wanted me to pay the shipping to return it. I refused, as it was not my mistake. I have now waited three weeks for the correct item and they have stopped responding to emails. The quality of the products is subpar, but the customer service makes this company twice as bad. Steer clear.

This is actually the only way I could review, to give at least one star. It actually should be negative 100 stars.
Do NOT do business with this company. It is a complete scam. After ordering a U of M stadium whiskey bottle and paying $13.99 for expedited shipping, I got,two weeks later, a bottle that was not only NOT the one I ordered but a cheaply made piece of junk.
I have been in contact with them via email, (they do respond) “apologizing” for the delay. A couple of clearly automated responses because the wording was identical.
When I finally received it, and it was just shamefully obvious that it was junk, I started asking for a refund. They first offered me 10% of purchase price, and later 20%. I declined both. Plus, they want you to return the bottle to some obscure province in China with you being responsible for shipping!!! It is the most frustrating online experience I have ever had.
Please be aware. I hope everyone reads reviews on websites they aren’t familiar with to avoid this, but also avoid getting involved with these kinds of people.
PS something to keep in mind: Their name/website SOUNDS like the legit website “Fanatics” but it is not!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would! I ordered 2 Christmas gifts of Stadium Mirror Lights. Well, one came today scratched, letters missing and it was wrapped with 1 sheet of bubble wrap. My mail carrier felt so bad, not his fault at all. I paid for 2, 2 remotes, and guaranteed delivery fees, and received 1 major piece of crap. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, they don't care and there is not a customer service line to call. They reply via email but not helpful at this point! TOTAL SCAM!

Ordered 2 decanters and paid for expedited service. 3 weeks later I get a 1 broken bottle from poor packaging and another bottle with a crooked vinyl sticker and small enough to be a perfume bottle- Still had finger prints on it from where they slapped on the sticker. Yes- a sticker! These "decanters" were nothing close to what the picture shows. I emailed them and they offered me a 10% refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a stadium lights mirror and it’s garbage. Not even a glass mirror but some for of plexiglass. Truly a horrible experience.

Do not order from this company. They are not a legitimate company, and have no products to sell. You will not receive your order.

Another online scam company. I ordered my products over a month ago. I received tracking information which as in other scam operations has bogus tracking information. Their MO seems to be a Chinese company that promotes unique products, has a person purchase them for a relatively reasonable price hoping that when they do not arrive, they will not do anything. PayPal seems to not care about the consumer but would rather protect the business so be careful there as well. Do not waste your time with these guys.
