Over 80 Business Days with No Response and Pending Withdrawals

My experience with FanFunded has gone from promising to extremely frustrating due to a total lack of communication and the non-payment of requested withdrawals. As of today, it has been over 80 business days since I have received any response from the support team.
I have three funded accounts where I have meticulously followed all the rules and requested the corresponding withdrawals. Despite my efforts and patience, the requests remain unprocessed, and I have not received any updates.
I have tried to contact support through all available channels:
* Multiple emails sent to the support address, which have been completely ignored.
* The support chat on the website, where I have seen agents like "Nigel" shown as "online", yet my messages go unread and unanswered for hours.
This lack of communication is unacceptable. As a customer, I have fulfilled my part of the agreement by following the rules and generating legitimate profits. All I ask is for FanFunded to fulfill theirs: process payments and maintain a functional communication channel.
I am posting this review as a warning to other potential users and in the hope of getting a response from the company.
I am willing to update or remove this review if the FanFunded team finally contacts me and resolves my pending payment situation. Until then, my experience is that of a company that does not respond and withholds its clients' funds.

Do not use this

Do not use this. I had a Blitz account, I had 3 hrs before my account expires. The starts at 1:10 pm and my accounts at after 4pm. They would not let me place the bet. I needed this to advance to the next challenge. Also website is always having issues.

SCAM

hey guys fanfunded is gonna say they can’t verify my account which is true because i’m writing this review on an alternate account. they don’t pay anymore, and they started exit scamming a while ago. at some point they did pay out i believe, but now they do not, so don’t waste your time with this service. the recent reviews posted here are true, and customer service ghosts people once they request a payout. we are currently seeking legal action against them and are confident in our plan of action. but seriously don’t waste your time buying one of their plans, you will never see that money again.

My name is Kevin Gregoire. Fan funded is saying they requested more information from me which is not true. As of today customer service is still not responding to my messages but had time to try in discredit my review! They have my name so what more Information do they need? This company is doing fraud! They won’t pay me out and if I did something to breach account they would have told me that already but since I didn’t breach account they know they have to pay me so now the won’t respond to me at all! Do not trust them they seem to be playing games just so they won’t have to pay me and customers to continue playing! Trust me I put in a lot of afford but it was a waste of time! Several months have passed by and I still have not been paid! I purchased the biggest account they have which cost a little over 1000$ US!

Honestly very disappointed

Honestly very disappointed. They make you pass two stages, and then you have to wait a minimum of 30 days for a payout. I did so. Then they are like it will take 7 days for your withdrawal to be processed. Then another 3 days for it to get to your bank account. So far its been 12+ days my withdrawal is not even processed yet. If you are going to have such difficult rules, the least you can do is do a payout on time.

They don't pay

Scam company that doesn't payout. It's been a month since I requested my payment and their support has stopped responding. I've read through every rule the website has and I'm sure I haven't broken any. As long as this review is up it means they haven't paid me.

PLEASE READ COMPLETELY - DONT TRUST THESE GUYS

Let me explain my situation. My account (which had passed the Blitz Challenge and was in the funded phase) was deactivated due to inactivity by breaching the 5-day rule they had (placing a pick every 5 days). I knew of this rule in advance and wasn't sure exactly how it was administered because I believe they don't clearly clarify the rule on their website. They say the 5-day countdown resets every time you place a pick and that if 5 full days pass between picks, your account will be deactivated. I thought this could either mean 5 complete days cannot pass (ex: placing a pick on Friday requires placing a pick on Wednesday) or an actual 120-hour timer. Because I was unsure, I asked support how the rule worked. They told me if I place a pick on Monday at 4 PM, I had to place one by Saturday at 4 AM. So I assumed this meant I had to place a pick on the 5th day before 4 AM. Also, I specifically asked if there was a 120-hour timer and got no response to this question.

The following week, I placed a pick at 12:05 AM on Friday and assumed I had until Wednesday before 4 AM to place a pick, but my account was deactivated at 12:05 AM on Wednesday, making me believe there was a 120-hour timer. Here's the thing: I specifically asked about the 120-hour timer before this even happened and didn't receive a response. I'm perfectly fine adhering to their TOS as long as I'm able to ask questions about them and receive proper answers. I disputed this result with their support and team and was denied because they claim the details were explained to me, when in fact that couldn't be further from the truth.

The bottom line is I think you should use FanFunded if you understand their TOS perfectly and are confident you don't need to reach out to support for the duration of your experience. Their support and team are not reliable from my experience and cannot take accountability for actions that are clearly their fault. I acknowledge I breached their TOS, but that's because I received incorrect and insufficient information from them when I specifically asked about this topic well in advance. They are also unable to correct their mistakes as they denied my request to reinstate the account multiple times with plenty of evidence supporting my stance. In short, don't trust these guys, they aren't looking out for you and are fine with screwing you over if it benefits them. I lost a minimum of $1,400 potential withdrawal because of their lack of transparency and communication.

WHAT WENT WRONG THIS TIME!!!
Bought the product multiple times and never got paid. I followed rules through trial and error but I still never was compensated.
THEY SCAM YOU TREMENDOUSLY!!

-Wait time on payout, not instant
-30 days of work just to be graded for a payout
-they profit off you… The money you make gotta be less than the account you purchased.
I could have explain all the details but I won’t get paid and it just messes with my vibe being mad at something I can’t see or feel.

I’d give zero stars if I could. No live betting, no 2H plays, challenges are impossible to pass, rules are so specific and hardly any games to play due to a “problem on their end”. I regret trying, if I were you I’d keep your money.

Shady Practices and Impossible Withdrawal: A Complete Waste of Time

I do not recommend this platform for anyone serious about sports betting. The challenges are long and tedious, but I finally got through them and got funded. However, the rules they set after you’re funded are clearly designed to make it as hard as possible to actually withdraw your money. I followed every single one of their rules to the letter, but when I requested a withdrawal, it was denied, and my account was banned with no valid explanation. They claimed they didn’t need 'data' anymore, and support completely ignored all my messages. On top of that, they even took down my last review. This platform claims to want skilled bettors, but in reality, they don't. It's just a shady, frustrating experience that blocks you from cashing out.
