if I could give this company a negative or zero stars I would they give you clothes that are printed out versions of what they advertise and then won’t refund it fully, claiming they can’t resell the item. When they advertise selling fan merchandise! Nothing like trying to buy your kid something and them waiting patiently to get it for it to be a rip off. So you try to get the money back and return the item cause Im a single parent , to have a company tell me they will only offer u 30% of your refund if u send the merch back. Which id gladly give that stuff back it’s not what i ordered in the first place it claims to be an. unlimited set not copy printed out nike signs and printed out fan merchandise not the actual real one …i wonder if people know they are copying and making money off of their products it’s crazy but what you do unto others shall be done unto you!

Not one to leave reviews, But... Ordered a Tee & Hat combo and only received the shirt after almost a month with hardly any updates on tracking.. But they are pretty prompt on replying I'll give them that, but how do you only send half a combination package... TERRIBLE.. Will be the last time I order from these folkz.. Do not recommend..

Horrible product. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY from this company. I asked for a return for a full refund due to the poor quality of their product. They offered me 40% back and said they are no longer in the U.S.Huge scam if you ask me. When I told them again "no I would like a full refund please" my email failed which I can only assumed they blocked me in order to get out of dealing with giving me my money back.

Ordered a Denver Bronco Hoodie. Looks nothing like the picture very cheap not worth $58 took over a moth to deliver. The Hoodie can no longer be viewed on the website after I received it. Products come from Overseas and you can't get ahold of them with the phone number that's provided on the website. 1-559-418-4179 Don't buy from Fanmize.

I really should have checked trustpilot before purchasing from this company. It took almost a month to receive my purchase ( Dallas Cowboys sneakers). They were totally fake Nike shoes, I was communicating with them via email and their solution was for me to keep the fake Nike shoes and take 25% refund, my response was that was unacceptable and a full refund is the only solution. There has been no response since. I just counted as a loss, and go to trustpilot before making a purchase online. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, PHONE NUMBER IS FAKE, EMAILS ARE LIES. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE LIES LIES AND MORE LIES.

I ordered a limited edition Detroit Lions/Eminem hoodie on Nov. 28, 2025. I finally received my limited edition hoodie on Dec 23, 2025! Almost a month later. By Dec 15th I asked for a full refund, and they told me to "just wait", even though the site boasts processing up to 5 days and shipping up to 8 business days. I finally receive the hoodie and the whole thing is a huge disappointment! The material is a hard scratchy polyester and nothing fleece or sweatshirt like. Also, the design on the front of the hoodie looks like a cheap knockoff even though it was $60.
I wish I could attach a photo of the hoodie expectations versus reality. What a joke, It looks nothing like Eminems side profile even the color was off). There was also something chemically on the hoodie itself causing skin itching. Bad customer service, and they won't give me a refund!!
