Fantastic transfer service
The company was there to meet us out of the airport as soon as we had landed. Even helping us locate their driver as we left departures. Taxi was clean. Driver was friendly.
Pickup the following week was with additional people for our transfer this was no problem at all, pick up was on time, smooth easy service. Thank you so much would absolutely use again!

Company is very proactive and customer focused. They were great in helping me sort out an alternative pick up point. Drivers were very courteous and helpful. Reminders the day before and text messages to advise early pickup if wanted. Excellent and will definitely use again.

Prompt service but drove at excessive speed.
Prompt service, polite driver, super clean van but consistently travelled about 20km over the speed limit both to and from the airport (two different drivers). We were not in any way late and traffic was fine. Just dangerous.

Thank you for providing us with the booking details. We have now been able to identify the driver concerned and investigate the matter thoroughly.
Following our investigation, we can confirm from our vehicle tracking records that the driver was travelling at 137 km/h. This speed is absolutely not permitted under our company’s driving and safety policies, and we take this matter extremely seriously. As a result, the driver will be subject to disciplinary proceedings.
We would like to sincerely apologise once again for this unacceptable situation. The safety and well-being of our passengers are our highest priorities, and we are truly sorry that this occurred during your transfers.
We greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it allows us to take the appropriate action.
We would be delighted to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and, on your next journey with us, we would be pleased to offer you a special gesture as a token of our sincere apologies.

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. We were a group of nine including two toddlers. We had text messages on the day with instructions on where to meet the rep. We were held up in passport control for an hour, the rep assured us she would wait and we were not to worry. We had two mini buses to accommodate all of us plus luggage and two cars seats. Both drivers were courteous and helpful loading the cars. The address we were staying at was a little off but we found it with the help of the driver. Return journey equally as smooth. Would highly recommend this taxi service for a stress free transfer.

Faro -Vilamoura Transfer
Great service, really decent price on our transfer to/from Faro Airport to Vilamoura. Easy to locate in the arrivals hall. Driver was then with us in a few minutes. Seamless transfer.
On our way back to the Airport, the driver called and asked us if we minded leaving a bit earlier as the arriving flight was a fair bit early, which we were more than happy to do. Highly recommend this Company, we will definitely use again.

Absolutely amazing service and great price. I was contacted on arrival via WhatsApp by the representative and quickly introduced to my driver who provided excellent service and was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I was able to charge my phone in the vehicle, too. I will always use this provider at Faro.
