Flawless service, on time both legs and professional and courteous drivers

The driver was very friendly until we arrived at our destination which wasn’t the address we had asked to go to. When we realised this wasn’t the right address he quite aggressively said there was nothing he could do as this was the address he was given by the company and he had another pick up in 35 mins. So we needed to get out there. We agreed as we had no choice but then he didn’t open the door to the van to allow us to get out and kept repeating that there was nothing he could do. Not what we expected. We then had to find our villa on our own.

We used FaroAirportTransfersTO for both legs of our trip and were thoroughly impressed. At the airport, our representative was easy to spot, guiding us promptly to a spacious, comfortable minibus. The driver was exceptionally friendly, ensuring a pleasant ride to our hotel. For the return trip, we arranged the booking just hours in advance by simply replying to an email, and the process was effortless. Their helpful advice on timing ensured a smooth departure, and the service was outstanding once again. They were very good value for money, especially for the larger size vehicles that we requested.
