Didn't catch the name of our driver, but he was fabulous. Pointing out points of interest along the way and very kind. Would definitely use this company again!

The meet and greet worked very well as did the return pickup. Jonathan our driver was polite and friendly and the car was clean and spacious.

Amazing service! I checked online for many different airport transfer services and was cautious when I booked but everything was perfect.

Once booked, I got confirmation of what I booked etc on email, and how to meet the driver. The instructions to meet the representatives at the airport was clear and easy to follow. The representative also tracked the flight (as our flight to Faro was delayed) and made sure everything was still fine, and gave us a call when we landed at the airport. The representative spoke English so it was easy to communicate with him. Driver dropped us off at the drop off location and paid in full amount as our next pickup time was during early hours. Due to this, we had to pay full amount.

Pickup from hotel to airport during early hours was perfect as the driver arrived on time and dropped us off at the airport.

Would highly recommend this airport transfer service as everything was perfect, everything went well and was glad as this was our first time in Portugal.

Since my daughter is a minor, the airline wanted to have the name of the driver who would pick her up at the airport. I called the company to get this information and they told me to send an email. Since I was in front of the boarding counter I couldn't wait and I needed this information immediately but the person I had on the phone insisted that I send an email. So I found another solution and canceled my reservation. The same person from this company called me back to ask me why I had canceled the reservation and when I explained the situation to him, he ended the call with a "Caralho". I was very correct in taking care to cancel my reservation almost 4 hours before and the lack of respect of the person who called me is totally inappropriate for a service and customer contact company.

Easy to find at airport. Driver was friendly and helpful especially with the luggage.
Vehicle was close to arrivals, clean and spacious.
Transfer was completed without any problems both ways.

Very good experience with this transfer,had Whatsapp messages before the flight on where to go and the name of the rep in Faro airport and was on the way to my hotel within minutes of arriving.

First time using a private company for transfers when on holiday and these guys were amazing picking us up from the airport.
When I got off the plane I had a message to say exactly where the gentleman was stood and what he was wearing. We got to him and he called our driver he said it wouldn't be long and we could wait inside or outside, being very hot we stayed inside. The driver arrived, he was introduced to us and he offered to help with our bags, as they weren't overly heavy we took them ourselves. We had 3 children and one of them likes to wander off, he kindly asked if he could take his hand and guided him to our car having a chat as best he could in English to the awaiting car.
In the car he confirmed location and how long it would take. He put on some childrens music and chatted to us along the way. 5 star for this driver.
Our driver on the way home wasn't quite as friendly and his driving was a little bit manic! However he loaded the car with our bags and dropped us right outside the airport and wished us a good flight. Easy to book and all were on time. Great service. If we return to portugal I would use again.
