A strong recommendation for Faroe Trekking!

I took the Kalsoy Island Lighthouse Hike tour, which included a stop to see the Seal Woman statue. It was such a fun and beautiful experience—lots of walking, stunning scenery, and some wonderfully creepy Viking tales about the Seal Woman and trolls.

Our guide, Randi, was incredible. She even told me how not to get stuck in the fairy underworld (apparently, they’re sneaky!). That’s priceless information. Bonus: she hates drones as much as I do, and she's friends with a sheep named Olga.

Such a magical, fun-filled day. Highly recommend!

I took on Randi’s tour to the Lighthouse trail. This definitely was the best day tour experience I’ve ever had. Randi was so informative and caring! I can tell how she really loves her job and her home country. Definitely worth the price. 100% recommended!

I went to the Faroe Islands for a milestone birthday. I decided I wanted to spend doing something memorable on the day of my birthday, so I booked the guided tour to Kalsoy & Kallur Lighthouse with Randi. It was the MOST WONDERFUL time, and I could not have asked for anything more perfect on my birthday. Randi is an incredible guide. Her knowledge and love for the islands are undeniable, and her love for and experience with hiking are evident - she led the way without any issues and it was so easy to follow her lead. Randi definitely went out of her way to make sure I had the best experience and one I will never forget. She truly made it special. I don't want to spoil the surprises Randi has/does, so I highly HIGHLY recommend booking Randi for a very special experience.

Randi did a wonderful job organizing and getting our group of four on time and smoothly to our destinations. She is personable and kind. Highly recommend her as a tour guide. It’s generally a good idea to go with a local guide too because the ferry system is complicated. Having her as a resource with the locals was invaluable. She was on time and communicated changes going on with ferries very well.

We were very lucky to have Randi as our key to get to know the Faroe Islands, the history and the people. Randi knows the best spots, will always look for the optimal program according to weather conditions and will enchant you not only with her sunny character and smile but also with the many stories and myths she knows by heart.
Randi is extremely trust-worthy, punctual and reliable and walks the extra mile to show visitors the islands she loves so much. Her contacts allow you to eat in the best places and even see dolphins and whales when they are around.

Great day on Kalsoy. Randi, the guide, was terrific. She is knowledgable, kind and patient - all the best qualities you want in a guide.

The trip itself is a great day excursion from Torshavn with lunch provided and a fun, easy hike to the lighthouse.

We had an amazing hike on Kalsoy in a small group and also saw Kopakonan. We were picked up at our hotel and all transport and food was planned for us, so all we had to do was enjoy the trip and the fantastic views!
Randi, our guide, was great company and told us lots of stories on the way.
I can highly recommend a trip with Faroe Trekking and will definitely be booking a tour with them again next time I go to the Faroe Islands :)

I had a terrific day with Randi. She is very professional and was a great communicator prior to doing the tour. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the Faroe Islands and has great inside stories you wouldn’t typically get from other “generic” tour offerings.
