Unfortunately, I had a very expensive, bad experience with Fasbags. I purchased a Guuci bag that looked amazing on their website, but when I received it, it looked nothing like the quality that they promise. It was so cheap looking, like the worst knockoff you would ever see. Don’t waste your money, I want to help anyone from having the same bad experience that I had. A big scam company.

I don't think you do a good job of updating your customers on orders and when they will be shipped. Also when items are out of stock, you do not provide updates on when they will be in stock; if the delay will be longer than you expect and not good advising when a refund has been issued. All these need items listed need improvement.

I placed my order 3-13-21 for my birthday Been checking my tracking number with Fed-ex it’s been saying label made shipment pending since 3-31-21. Fasbags assured me that Fed-ex had my package and was just holding it. Then 2 days later Fasbags tell me that my package was seized by customs! It’s poor business to give a customer the run around when you already have there money in my opinion. An I still haven’t received my package as of today 4-23-21. Sincerely, A fed 🆙 customer!

With one of my order - No 43915 - I have had troubles. I never received the two bags (My husbands Xmas Gifts) and also, you (Fasbags) never remboursed the money. So, I’m very sad!
