I ordered two dresses advertised as being made of cotton. They were made of polyester instead. When I tried to return them, I was told I'd have to pay the shipping to return them to China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FASHIONCOSY!

I ordered 4 items from Fashioncosy. Only 1 fit, but it was sleezy fabric. A top in the identical style had no size mark and was very much too small. A dress which I ordered in the same size in bright red arrived hot pink and enormous. About another dress my husband said, "You don't want to wear that out of the house." The promised "gift" did not arrive at all. Shipping from China took 6 weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! $85.00 down the drain.

I ordered 12 items. 1 dress and 1 pair of earrings fit. 4 out of 10 of the items I received were the wrong colors. Of those, one item was a totally different style. I ordered 5 tops that appeared to be quality linen. When they came, one felt like a silky bowling shirt and 4 were a flat, dull cotton that did not even resemble what was posted on the site. I am still going back and forth with them. I spent about $200. It will cost me over $100 to return the items and even then they are only offering a 20% coupon on future purchases (as if) and to reimburse me for the 3 tops they agree did not match what I ordered. The clothing looks perfect. Take my word that the size guidelines are off and differ by item, the fabrics are of inferior quality and you are better off shopping in the US and trying things on.

I didn’t know of the terrible reviews until I received my disappointing order two days ago. Had it read the reviews earlier, I will not proceed!
It was a nightmare. What I ordered was totally different from goods received. When I send an email to inform them, a standard reply (notifying that there is delay in delivery due to Covid) which is not addressing my problem. The order took one month.
The products are shipped from China. Obviously it make it very expensive for me to return the goods. Substandard products and overly price. Order 25743.
It is a scam. They collect money immediately and send goods so much later.

This site has a Hong Kong address. However, returns must also go through customs, and are shipped to China. This essentially means it is too expensive to return unwanted merchandise. When I contacted customer service, they referred me to a Chinese website, which is non translatable. In other words, “we don’t accept returns.”
Additionally, the sizing is way off. There is no way to tell what you will receive based on their size charts. DON’T LET THE PHOTOS FOOL YOU!! You will not get what is pictured! You would be better off going to a thrift store blindfolded and picking out what seems to feel good. You are throwing money away if you purchase from this site. They should not be allowed to do business in the US.

After waiting 6 weeks, after numerous attempts to contact the company (in vain), what arrived was nothing like what I ordered. It was white, polyester (not cotton), a shapeless slip like garment (not at all like the cute dress I ordered) and no way to return it. My bank did stop payment. This site is clearly not legitimate.

Styles of the dresses I ordered were not the same as pictured.... Fabric was NOT acceptable for the design of clothing....Some colors were very faded compared to pictures....and sizes were very irregular. NOT a bargain...And returns were impossible.... Took 6 wks to receive order that was very UNsatisfactory and extreme poor quality.

Wished I had been more diligent in looking at reviews and realizing I was ordering from China-ordered 2 dresses that took 1 1/2 months to receive! The sizing is way off and the quality of material is tissue thin-a drop of water would shrivel them-no store would carry them! There was no invoice and how to return them-when trying to contact by email 3x- without getting any approiate responses and no return address! I have protested the CC charge with my bank-the website is very good but the quality of product is horrible-beware!,

I ordered four items from them. I received 4 items but two were wrong and one was even the wrong size. I wrote twice to them and did not receive any response. I wouldn't exactly call them a scam but I would say their quality control is very poor and their customer service is non-existent.

The two correct items were exactly what I expected for the money. Certainly not top quality, but good enough.

if you want to risk receiving wrong items and no refund or correction - go ahead and order.

This is a scam company, product is cheaply made and several sizes smaller than what their size chart says it will be. They require you to return unwanted products to China which is cost prohibitive. I lost over $150 to this scam company. Don't believe the positive reviews posted here, I believe they're trying to offset all the negative reviews using fake positive reviews.

The delivery took a long time, but that was expected. I ordered the "Grey Denim Casual Shirt Collar Short Sleeve Buttoned Pockets A-line Dress" for $33.99. It is NOT denim. It looks like a sleazy suit from the 70's - it's literally shiny material. Very, very cheap.
Also too small; my advice is don't order from this company but if you do, order way bigger than you normally wear.

This company will spam you by email and text message from the moment you place an order. I actually had to have my carrier block them. To make matters worse, the clothing I ordered is junk. Cheap quality. It won't last in the wash, let alone to wear it. Finally, if you want a refund, which I had to seek through my credit card vendor, you have to pay to ship the items back to China. CS is horrible to deal with. Big language barrier and, frankly, they just don't care. They're making enough to get by with the people that don't want the hassle and expense of returns.

Scamdo not order from them. Very bad quality. You don't get what you ordered, you get very poor quality and not the item you saw online.

This is a terrible company from China. There are others like this, Chic.com, etc Do not order anything from these companies. They indicate that it will take up to 20 days to receive the merchandise. It took 2 months!
The prices are low and the quality is rock bottom. I decided to return all of the items and found out it would cost me at least $150 or more to ship them. The UPS store could not even find the address they instructed me to use. I learned a lesson from this one. Read the reviews first and take them seriously before you purchase!

BUYER BEWARE. I ordered four dresses, size 2X. The fabric quality was poor, but I could have dealt with that if they fit. They hardly fit over my head and wouldn’t go over my bust. I wear an USA size 12/14. I asked to return for refund, and was told I would have to pay freight to CHINA. Forget it, lesson learned. I will give to Goodwill instead.

I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered from this company. It took over a month to get my order. The dresses are not at all like they show on the pictures. they are cheap material and even if you go by the size chart which means I ordered at least 2 sized bigger than my normal they still do not fit. The dresses that I got with sleeves do not even begin to fit the sleeves are cut too small. The one dress has a vneck and I could not wear it if I could fit into it because it is cut way to low and I would be all hanging out. This company is just a scam. They said if you wanted to return items due to damage or quality that you would not need to pay for the return. When the finally got back to me after I sent several emails they told me that I had to pay to send it back to Hong Kong or where ever. So what then, they have my dresses, I dont get a refund and now I have had to pay "how much" to send it back? This company has no sense of customer service. What ever you do, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

This site is definitely a SCAM! Clothes are nothing like the ads show! The overall quality is so poor... not even good enough to give to charities. I contacted them for a return, to no avail; whomever is reading my emails do not speak English or are just playing dumb. Keep in mind that these items are coming from China...

I think any rating above one star must be as fake as the Fashioncosy website is. I agree with everything negative that has been said. So my recommendation, is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FASHIONCOSY WEBSITE . Their clothes may look tempting, but they are not what you get and from my personal experience (details below), there are no returns or refunds!

I ordered two dresses at the same time. One took a number of months to come and when it arrived was flimsy and not quite like the photo on the website; I am having to make it over. The second one came a number of weeks later and when it arrived it was the wrong dress. Not only was it not the dress I ordered, but was it was hideous, a completely different color, material and pattern. I contacted them sayingI received the wrong dress, that I would like to return it and have the correct dress sent OR get a full refund. I got a quick response saying it was one of their most popular dresses ant that they would give me a 20% reduction on a new purchase and I could keep the dress or give it away. I refused emailing back that I considered the dress so unattractive, I would never wear it and neither would anyone I know, that I would only settle for a replacement dress and their paying for a return of the dress I just received OR a full refund including tax and shipping. This time they replied that they would give me a 50% discount on new purchases. My third reply to them was the same as my second reply. This time I got no response at all. It seems I am stuck with an ugly dress I never ordered and certainly don't wanted.
