What I especially liked was that the sizing was spot-on —it saved me the usual hassle of returns. The fit was comfortable, not too loose or too tight, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Poor quality, poor service - avoid at all costs
Said it would arrive before Christmas and didn’t, tracking was unhelpful and didn’t provide any useful updates. When it did arrive, the sizing came up much smaller than “UK sizing” for a “UK” company. Various pulls and snags in the material. Contacted the company for a refund and was advised this was not possible as the item was discounted. For the quality we received I wouldn’t have paid half of what we did pay let alone the RRP. At no point during purchase and more importantly nowhere in the return conditions does it state refunds will not be given for discounted products. The size guide is misleading and the product was not fit for purpose. When challenged on this, we were repeatedly offered discount towards a next purchase. I can assure you there will not be a next purchase and I hope as many buyers as possible see this before spending their hard earned money here!
