FPOS-I/MIRA course
Just completed the FPOS-I/MIRA course with FAST. Could not recommend this course enough. Equipment was good and the information and skills I received were of a high standard. It was challenging but highly rewarding. I really feel like I could tackle a situation in the future due to the training I received. Would 100% recommend doing a course with fast and with John Byrne the instructor, who was brilliant. Thank you 🙏

Thank you to the trainer who was able to help me gain my 1st aid certificate for work .The course was excellently presented and delivered ,with practical and observational training to help all the learners .I will be booking my next course very soon.

Emergency First Aid at Work - Whitefield
I completed the emergency first aid at work course in white field.
Extremely well presented and lots of practical's. Give me confidence that if I ever should need the training I would know exactly what to do.
I would highly recommend anyone to take this course, affordable pricing too.

Sean was easy to get hold of by email and phone prior to the Course, and was happy to answer any questions.
A great venue for the (MIRA) Course. A superb tutor with endless amounts of knowledge, personal experiences to share, and a great teaching method. Pleased the student numbers were kept down which allowed a more personal level of tuition. Coffee and tea on tap. Looking forward to the next one!

Spent the day doing the one day first aid training for the workplace
Sean was really friendly, funny, professional and informative. The day ran very smoothly and it was enjoyable as well as interactive (where appropriate and in a Covid safe manner)
