Valentina and her team made the process of applying for an SBA loan so painless and stress free, which is saying something because I stress about these things. They asked for a couple of things at a time rather than a whole pile at once which kept me out of overwhelm. One foot in front of the other. And they were kind, when I was a bit of a neophyte, they would offer me other tools to use to get them what they needed. Everything on their side proceeded quickly, and when I was out of reach or slow to respond because of managing my life, they were no pressure about it. I was always the hold up. They were super quick to respond and professional always.

We had a great experience with this loan process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we always had the support and guidance of our broker along the way. The communication was clear, the process was efficient, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Total predatory scam tactics by this company. They somehow are affiliated enough to get SBA's applicant info but they called me within 5 MINUTES of applying for lender match and were eager to work with me. The next day I received two calls and 3 more emails. Typical "first in line" tactic. They also sent me a link in the first email to fill out a loan application with all of the info that the SBA already has as if it was a brand new application, and wanted bank statements too. I would NOT trust this company.

I applied for an SBA loan and shortly after got an email from faster-funding.com. At first it seemed legit, but after doing some digging I found multiple people online saying they were scammed or pressured into predatory loans. Some even reported them to the police and SBA OIG. When I asked basic questions, they became pushy and avoided direct answers. The rates they quoted were nothing like what they first claimed. I’m glad I stopped before signing anything. Do your research before giving them ANY personal or financial info. This is not the same as FasterFunding.com — totally different company!

Scam company do not use them don’t answer emails or provide any info they will steal your info and sell it for a profit or open lines of credit In your name

Down right harassment- I filled out an SBA application- got the lender matches, never matched with this Faster Funding, this faster funding- called my in-laws, emailed me 4 times, called me at least 4 times in a day, and sent numerous text messages. Unacceptable- I told the lady to take a hike, and stop harassing me. Unbelievable.

By far the worst communication ever. Don't waste your time. From start to finish, this was a poor decision nd a waste of time for me.

Whatever you do, don't do business with this company. They claimed that five banks (Norwest, BayFirst, Celtic, and I can't remember the other two) would not do business with us directly and would refer us to his company. I knew he was full of shit because we had conference calls scheduled with SBA lending officers from BayFirst and Celtic Bank for later in the week. Apparently, this is a SCAM company with no morals and values, and he believes that people are that stupid to believe his bullshit lies.

All i did was request a lender match from SBA Portal and before this company even gets a phone call or email back from me of if I wanted to apply with them they were already calling my family and friends and telling them that we were applying for a loan and how much etc. I never even gave them information or contacts or even applied with them. I immediatly told them to take me off thier list that I would not be doing business with such a shady company

Asking for 6 months bank statements is not the way to approach a legit SBA loan. I filled out an SBA lender match and expected legitimate banks to contact me. What I got was an email and when I called the person was clearly in training and being told what to say next .

After I did a SBA's lender match submission, Laura P____o from this bank not only called me and sent me multiple spammy texts trying to get me to apply with them, but they also left a voicemail with MY MOTHER. I don't know how or why. Presumably they Googled all of my past phone numbers and contacted all of them. Stay away from my parents. If I want a loan, I'll reach out to you. I never submitted anything on your website indicating that I wanted to work with you.

I'm not sure if this company is legitimate based on poor communications. The structure of the communication from them was threatening, incoherent and repetitive as if they were using a low quality bot or potentially a fraud perpetrator. Red flags in every communication. I requested they stop contacting me 4 times but Laura P. aggressively persisted. Their information was incomplete or wrong and in addition to wasting time, I'm now very concerned about the information I had previously provided. The whole experience felt deceptive and the extremely poor communication and experience did not feel legitimate whatsoever. They claim to be affiliated to Celtic Bank and Stearns Bank as SBA lenders. They say Faster Funding handles the underwriting, however, the communication is so poor and agressivly persistent that I had to block Laura P. and all of their numbers!
