It seems rare in this day and age to deal with a business that’s as prompt and trouble-free as FastIDP. From submitting my order to receiving my IDP in Japan took only a few days. Jamie was available to answer my questions immediately when I had them, and his communication was great at every step of the way.

I submitted my application on Wednesday afternoon (Japan time). I then messaged Jamie on WhatsApp to ask some clarifying questions and he responded right away. On Thursday morning I received an email with the FedEx tracking number and a photo of my IDP. FedEx originally estimated delivery the following Monday, but I received it a day ahead of schedule on Sunday morning. (Just a note for other potential customers, I did pay for the fastest shipping option, but if I had been in less urgent need of my IDP the other shipping options would all have been reasonably fast as well.)

Perfect marks for Jamie and FastIDP, this is a service that I will definitely be recommending to friends in the future.

I contacted IDP from Italy where a car rental company in Rome refused to rent me a car without one. I eventually found a company that would rent to me, but it was triple the rate of the car I had reserved. I was advised that Italy’s law enforcement is cracking down on international drivers who do not have one. I usually get one before traveling, but I had never been asked for it, so this time I decided not to which of course I regretted. Because the delivery window was 2 to 5 days, I learned that the address I was sending it to in Southern Italy would not be open during the entire delivery window. I again contacted Jaime, at IDP and the delivery company advised that changing the delivery address would delay delivery by 1-2 days so wisely, she opted to leave it. I ended up receiving my IDP within about 41 hours! The process was expensive because of my tight window, but once I realized what Jamie and IDP does, it was well worth the money and a good value. She was professional, responsive and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Needed it quickly and the most important part of them is they communicate AND work directly with Triple AAA. Keep yourself safe and if you can't get to them then you must use FastIDP. It took a week from call to delievery.

Didn't realize until a week before our trip that I needed to drive. Living in NYC I found out that you need a 2 week in advance appointment to get a IDP. Jamie got it sent out and processed asap. I had also made a mistake on my form and Jamie responded to me within 10 minutes, got it sorted, and saved my trip! Highly recommend!

What an incredible service. I got an instant whatsapp reply from a real human (not AI!) within minutes of writing (on a SUNDAY!). The service was professional and so honest that in fact he recommended I just go to triple A in person for an easier experience and less costly, based on my location. What kind of business does this?! I have read other accounts of people having amazing experiences here, and I totally believe it.
