SCAM ALERT - STAY CLEAR
This is a total fraud. I don’t know how they got my details but suddenly there was a recurring charge of £70 on my card. No way to cancel it and eventually after 2 payments had been taken the bank had to cancel my card to stop it.

J’ai été débitée 2 x abusivement par cette entreprise . Je ne me suis jamais abonnée, je n’ai rien signé. Ils ont de méthodes d’escrocs. Même devant la mise en cause de leur processus de racket, vous n’obtenez aucun remboursement !

This company used billed my card £70 without my knowledge. I'm not interested in fasting.

This company fraudulently obtained my personal information and charged my debit card for two separate charges, which I did not authorize. The charges showed up on my account as recurring payments. I had to cancel my debit card because of this incident.

I have had money taken out of my bank account for something I didn't sign up for.

The plan does not work for me and need to cancel

Somehow a month ago this company took over £40 from my bank account for something I never ordered. even so I received no plan,invoice or receipt etc. I have managed to contact them by email asking what this is all about and a refund . But my emails just keep getting passed from one so called AI? human to another. I have blocked any further payments to so called FASTINGPLAN. Beware!

This company is scamming individuals. They advertised on Facebook but then the plan which is charging a monthly subscription fee is a different name. After writing to them several times, they continue to say they can’t find my name and email but they can charge my Amex. I called American Express and blocked them so they cannot get any further money.

Es wird mit einem ausdruckbaren Übungsplan geworben, den man nach der Anmeldung erhält. Es kommt dann lediglich eine Empfehlung für gesunde Verhaltensweisen im Alltag, die man wirklich in jedem Blatt lesen kann. Nicht eine einzige Übung! Man soll dann alles mittels einer App üben, was für Menschen mit körperlichen Handicaps nahezu unmöglich ist. Wieder mal eine unlautere Geldfangerei, wie so vieles in dieser digitalen Lügen-Welt. But the universe strikes back. Cheers.

Non avendo ricevuto tutte le informazioni,al momento dell’acquisto,e che quindi sono ingannevoli, ho chiesto di poter esercitare il diritto di recesso. Ma nessuno ha preso in considerazione la mia richiesta,né ha fornito spiegazioni riguardo la non chiarezza.

I could not use the app, because of technical problems. It didn't open and didn't work. Nevertheless I was charged for 4 months without services. I hope my account has been definitely removed

Auto renewal was confusing. I had to check carefully to cancel it when I wanted out.
