I’ve been using Fastlec since 2022 and always a 5 star service
I’ve been using Fastlec since 2022 and, honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
I regularly purchase ventilation equipment and PIV systems from them, and they’ve been consistently excellent across the board. Their pricing is very competitive, the product range is solid, and they always seem to have exactly what I need without any hassle.
What really stands out is their efficiency. Orders are processed quickly, delivery is reliable, and everything just runs smoothly which makes a big difference when you’re trying to keep jobs moving on site.
On the rare occasion I’ve needed support, their customer service has been spot on. Quick responses, helpful advice, and no messing about.

Was recommended to get one of these units was told they helped with condensation and cleaned the air. Saw one, in my friends loft so I bought one. Me and my husband installed it. Filters were a little difficult but we did it. My husband sufferers from hay fever after 15 hours of it running, he said he felt great even the air tasted better. It's been running for 2 weeks now and all seems well. But the area we had the problem with was in a wardrobe with condensation. I have a small dehumidifier in there it's still collecting water though ?

Alternatively, if that room is allowing moisture to come in from elsewhere, this could also be the reason why there's excess moisture being collected.

Wrong item sent but quickly corrected
I ordered two extractor fans, carefully making sure I order the correct type (humidity controlled) Unfortunately, the wrong version was sent (timer controlled only). However, when this was raised with Fastlec - they immediately sent new items and arranged the courier to pick up the incorrect items as they delivered the correct items.
So - great service when there was an issue - but it would have been better if the correct items had been sent in the first place.

So I ordered the wrong item for a customers install. I called the store and asked if they could offer next day delivery on a certain item which they said they would need to order. I agreed I would take the flack from the customer (my fault) but to my surprise the company send out my item overnight for me to receive the next day and didn't charge me extra!
Thats the extra mile right there, great company!!
