Absolutely top class service total professional and straight forward job done today on my van. Ben was very polite and transparent about the steps of the job an how long it would take. He was very passionate about his work and did a fantastic job 10/10 service will definitely recommend.

My car (Mercedes) windscreen was hit and cracked over the Easter weekend. I contacted my insurance company and they referred me to their selected repair partners (Auto Glass, Auto Windscreens or National Windscreens).

I tried to contact these preferred partners but was unsuccessful over the Bank Holiday weekend. I visited the local branch of one repairer but they were unable to assist until the car was booked in to their network. I tried to contact by phone once again but without success, Catch 22.

Looked around the local area (Sussex) and found Fastline Autoglazing in Small Dole, BN5 9XR. Messaged on the Bank Holiday Monday and received a reply from their Operation Manager (Graham) on the Tuesday.

A telephone discussion with Graham confirmed the required windscreen and this was ordered Tuesday with fitting scheduled for Friday at their Small Dole facility. Took my car in at 08:30 on Friday and picked-up a loan car. New windscreen fitted, windscreen camera calibrated and car ready for collection by 13:30.

It is difficult to find small independents who can offer a personal service these days. Fastline Autoglazing offered an excellent service and I would recommend them for glass repairs and replacements.

Fastline also offer a mobile service for vehicles not fitted with windscreen cameras.

My windscreen received a chip driving home and after phoning a couple of the major national windscreen repair companies and been given appointments 1-2 weeks out I phoned Fastline and went to visit them the following morning. They repaired the chip there and then. Excellent and polite service.

Fantastic service. A tree branch smashed my windscreen on the way home from work last week, called around and could only get an appointment for two weeks time, so called Fastline and they sent someone out to fix it within 48 hours at my address! Amazing service, thank you.

Amazing customer service! Steve came out to replace our windscreen as we had a leak we couldn’t identify, once the windscreen was removed he couldn’t have been more accommodating in helping me identify the root cause of the leak. We hopefully have found it, they replaced the windscreen, everything left clean and tidy . Very happy customer, Thank you Steve, Top Guy!

Graham at Fastline was fantastic getting our van window replaced at such short notice. After trying various big chain window replacement companies, we were given up to 10 days waiting time. Graham sourced and fitted our drivers side quarter window within 48hrs. Thanks for a great service 10/10!

Needed a replacement windscreen fitted after picking up a nasty stone chip. Rang on Monday, initially offered Friday which I couldn't do, so they brought it forward to Tuesday instead. Really appreciated that they could sort it so soon, and with no problems whatsoever. This is the 2nd time we have used Fastline Autoglazing, and each time they have been fabulous. Thank you!
