this company doesn't even deserve one star to be honest. I have sent quite a few packages through them most of the time good. but when things get lost or delayed and you need to deal with customer services you don't get answers. refunds take persistence as they don't have a very good system of paying refunds on time.
currently dealing with them as one of my packages seems to have got stuck for weeks and you get no answers as to why or when it will be delivered this is all well and good but when you need to send someone a delivery and its vanished you don't get the support or correct answers. I very much doubt I will use fastship again. you pay for express and don't get what you pay for. no consistency

terrible shipping company, they announce 7-10 days delivery, its been a month now and nobody knows where is my parcel. start to believe they are scammers

Update to my previous review.

We received the FASTSHIP door to door delivery of our parcel plus the email of the delivery. However, the delivery man told us to pay an additional charge for the service.

I use Express Service expensive (Door to Door) with Fastship Express, but when i received my products, i have to pay again to UPS, the brokerage fees !! After i try to contact them but FastShip ignore me all time ! i'm so upset with FastShip.co !!!
