I guess I am just one of many to endure their bad service. I was expecting a package, CR0005146720. On two occasions the driver collected by package from the depot and did not deliver but return it back to the depot in the evening for unknown reasons. Called their customer care and the driver, calls were ignored, so unprofessional. I had to drive across town and collect the package myself at the depot just to avoid being told that the package had been lost.

My package was delivered to the warehouse on the 24th. Due to it being Christmas i was told it would be delivered monday 29dec(today) only for them to tell me no they won't be delivering until monday while i know of people in my neighborhood who have gotten their parcels during the weekend as well as today...absolutely shitty service

to be honest im very disappointed with the delivery of fastway couriers , the last tracking update they gave me was on the 23rd of december at around 11pm saying that my parcel was on the delivery vehicle , then they sent me an email saying that my parcel will arrive the same day yet im still waiting… mind you i placed my order on the 5th on december

I am not happy with them. My parcel is with them since 12 December 2025 I was supposed to get my parcel within 2 to 3 working weekdays. It is the 26th of December 2025 still nothing. It was my customers parcels that I still needed to work on to get it out before Christmas. An I couldn't provide my customers with their Christmas gifts.

Do not trust Fastway with your parcels, especially during peak season. I ordered a Christmas gift a month in advance, which should have been ample time. Despite receiving a notification that my parcel was out for delivery on 22 December, I am still waiting. Attempts to contact Fastway have been met with unanswered phones and unhelpful customer service. Their lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable. I will not be using Fastway again and strongly advise others to consider alternative courier services.

My packages got first stuck in a warehouse, the cargo loading was delayed and customs is so absolutely crazy busy I thought I would be gifting pictures of gifts of the gifts I got them. Yesterday at 5pm my package was released from customs. Today Fastway delivered at 3pm! Thank you Fastway you saved Christmas for us. Thanks to Pearl who helped me so kindly today.

I was supposed to receive my package on Monday, 22 Dec. When the courier tried to contact me to confirm my address I was not near my phone and could not get to it in time to answer the call. I tried calling back and when they answered they said that they'll have to make my delivery today because they needed to make other deliveries. I said ok and left it at that.

Now today they contact me again and told me that they would be making the delivery during the afternoon of today.
They did not seem to have anything to say after that so I just confirmed my address and ended the call. It is now after 5 when their services end and I still have not received my package and there has been no communication of any delay whatsoever. I am deeply disappointed because this has not happened before with my previous packages.

If only I could give them zero stars.

Poor service! Whatsap line in non existent. Phones dont get answered. Courier drivers are not worried how long they sit with ur parcel. Currently waiting 3days for a parcel sitting in a delivery van in port elizabeth and just not getting delivered!!! Horrid service. If i had a choice i would choose COURIER GUY! unfortunately the sender chose the courier service.

They should really work on their delivery. It is absolutely pathetic to wait for a parcel that's been with them for a week, and the only message that I get is that it will be delivered on the next delivery. Very disappointed.

Fast way courier are the worst. One order was delayed 2 weeks late second temu order, same story. And now waiting on 2 orders from Temu again, your parcel is on the delivery vehicle and expect delivery today. Bullsh#t, same story the 3rd day. I'm never buying from Temu because of Fast way. I emailed temu and they say they looking into it on all 3 times. Sis man. You suck. Big time. I rate them minus 10

I have a very serious complaint about a courier working for Fastway, namely Msiphola Sipho. I ordered mirrors from Leroy Merlin (Tracking number LR0003920483/LR0003920484) and phoned them as well as Fastway Couriers Head office in Pretoria to organise the delivery on the 1st of Dec 2025.

We are from Secunda, Mpumalanga and not staying in Pretoria, so I requested the delivery at the new address of my kidz apartment in Queenswood, not at the old address at Garrett Gardens in Queenswood.

Fastway Head office said that it wouldn't be a problem delivering on the 1st of Dec, they would give the request through to the courier.

The morning of the 1st Dec, the courier, Msiphola Sipho called me and screamed at me that he was at the old address and that I should open the gate for him. I told him that I arranged with his Head office that the mirrors be delivered to the new address, namely at Queenswood Quarters. he kept on screaming at me that he was not going to go to the new address, because I shouldn't have changed it. I tried telling him that I did organize everything with Fastway Head office, but he just got even ruder and put the phone down in my ear.

I phoned him back and told him nicely that I did arrange everything with his Head office. He came speeding up to the apartment and literally threw the mirrors with their boxes out of the delivery van. He screamed at me that I should not arrange anything with his Head office because they didn't know what his delivery schedule looked like!

I myself am a business owner and if he was working for me I would have gotten rid of such a person a long time ago for being so entitled and rude to paying customers!! It is totally unacceptable and I will never ever use Fastway Couriers again or recommend them to anyone.

I hope that you look into this matter. I am also going to leave a very bad review on your website because I have never in my life experienced such bad service from anyone!

They are bullshiting there customer not dropping off the parcel cant get hold of them on WhatsApp on there site web page

Pity I can't do a zero star and there is no option for Wro star... Fastway doesn't even deserve a one star rating...... Absolutely pathetic..... Can't get ahold of an person there...... Been making hundereds of calls no answer..... No reply on Facebook page..... Been waiting two weeks for a package they would have been a day later if it was a proper company like courier guy

Terribly unprofessional service. I don't know how they're still in business. They're constantly late, they have bad communication skills and their customer service agents never pick up their phones when you call them.

If I could give zero stars I would.
My package from temu was thrown in a neighbour's yard in rhe street behind us, and their dog started ripping it apart. There was no communication whatsoever from the company or the driver.
Temu should drop them.
Buffalo has not been this disappointing.
And once again my parcel is with them, Im going to stop buying from temu coz of Fastway Couriers

My items was sent to durban depo and im in bloemfontein and now they are delaying it to come back to bloem imagine how bad a company has to be to make such a large error 0 stars!

If there was an option for 0 stars. I would give them that rating. Fastway communication channels are horrible, they don’t answer their phones and the chat bot gives vague updates. I was supposed to get my parcel today after they have had it for a week in their possession. The worst delivery service I have ever experienced from a courier company.

I found that when you try Track your parcel with Fastway there has been no updates for 3-4 days. I ordered a parcel from Temu and on the tracking update, the parcel was still in the Jhb depot, however it was in the Cape Town Depot. So for 4 days no update which results in you having to call the company. They blame it on a backlog. Their service is not up to scratch. I have now been waiting 13 days for my TEMU order. The last company that delivered a parcel from Temu took less than a week. Temu sent me a message to tell me they requested Fastway to speed up their delivery and advise their customers by updating the tracking schedule. Very disappointing.

Fastway is a horrible company. They do not value their clients and show an uncaring attitude. They can easily have a parcel on board a delivery vehicle for a whole day, or not bother to update tracking information. They don't even have a code to verify if a parcel was delivered to the correct recipient. You can not even reschedule your delivery when you see you will not be at the listed address.
THEY ARE RUBBISH !!!!!!!!
