Fatbit STOLE OUR MONEY & NEVER COMPLETED THE PROJECT!! DO NOT TRUST FATBIT THEY ARE SCAMMERS. FATBIT offered us a ready made script that had very bad code causing all other developers to reject working on the necessary edits. The code was INTENTIONALLY created this way to force buyers to use Fatbit for all your edits. Fatbit then charges 10 times the fees that any other developer charged. After taking my money they tried to change the scope of what I paid for (although clearly outlined in my invoice ) in the middle of the project. They then decided to stop responding, taking my money and never completing the project. I REPEAT FATBIT IS A SCAM.

I was looking for a multi-vendor marketplace platform, and when I see yo!kart’s demo I was so impressed and immediately start working with yo!kart. I did my research on similar products but for me none of them were even close to yo!kart, now it is up to me to make the business successful but I’m sure that I have the most important tool to establish my own online marketplace.
Our marketplace nugizu.com is already launched thanks to yo’kart’s team they delegate a project manager for us along with their amazing team, and we’ve got astonishing support for any of our questions, and our marketplace is launched in unbelievably very short period of time.
I’m really enjoying working with the team, they understand not only technical issues but also, they have deep understanding of the business logic from our perspective.

A good solid, intuitive platform but what really stands out are their people. They are highly responsive and very easy to deal with. More businesses should take a page from their after-sales service.

I would recommend FATBIT Yo!Kart. The whole process from conception, through build, and launch was entirely great. The teams are incredibly thoughtful and thorough. Post-launch support has been great too and we are looking forward to working with FATBIT Yo!Kart in the future on subsequent versions.

There is no way to summarise the terrible experience I have had dealing with this company.

Too much project management and not enough developers. No attention to detail. Working on too many projects in parrallel. Aggressively chasing payments ahead of milestone deliveries. Continual delays and not following up on requests.

Most frustratingly too focused on what is in and out of scope.

We were meant to build a big website with these guys and in the end pulled out after just one phase.

My advice, find a different Web developer.

I would have given a 3.5 star or Good review, but the option goes from average (3) to great (4), so left it at 3.
My experience with FatBit has been very good, I mean, the price for the software is excellent, and the system is really good, their people are nice and usually reply in a few hours or less.
So...why 3.5 stars you might ask?
Well, I would say that there's a bit of "hidden costs" if you would call it, you get 10 hours of support for 1 year for free, however, these hours are fast consumed without you even knowing.
Before I mention some examples, just know that 2 to 3 hours will be gone just for them to install and test your system.
Example 1: if there's a bug in the system, they won't deduct the hours they take to fix that bug from you...HOWEVER, they will take some time for communicating about this bug...weird I know.
Example 2: let's say you see a word or phrase that is not translated the correct way...again, they don't deduct the hours they take to fix that, BUT, they will take some time for communicating about this.
So at the end, in essence, they ARE taking your time to fix a system issue, so the 10 hours are not really totally yours.
SO.....Would I recommend? YES, for sure, just be cautious and clear about the post support, if not, it can get very expensive, very soon.

Fatbit was able to accomplish everything my rental website needed in a timely manner. Communication was excellent and the final project exceed my expectations.

Great customer service! Even with the delay we experienced in setting up, they voluntarily extended our FREE tech support for a few more months. Tech support team also very patient in assisting us every step of the way. Hope to experience the same as we now work with them for long-term. :)
