Emma is always extremely helpful, friendly and all round lovely. As are the other staff we have had contact with over the years. Always visit Fat Face while in Ambleside, best Fat Face store there is.

I have just had a great experience in your store in Ambleside. I believe it was the manager who helped me find the correct sizes and provided shoes and sandals to try on with the outfits. She was very supportive and complimentary. I bought 4 items for the spring, lovely range of colours! Thank you!

I recently purchased a pair of cargo pants from Fat Face Ambleside, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The pants are not only comfortable but also stylish, blending functionality with a great look. The assistants Emma and Ann were incredibly friendly, always wearing smiles and going out of their way to assist me. I highly recommend visiting Fat Face Ambleside for both their quality products and exceptional customer service.

Lovely staff, very attentive. When in fitting room was asked if anyone needed other sizes which was very helpful as my husband was off fusing someone’s dog 😆. Server was Jess, lovely lady

Very pleasant experience made all the better for the assistant Jess who served us and had time to engage in conversation about suffolk as we had just arrived here for a weeks holiday good old suffolk girl.

Emma the manager recommended an gorgeous cardi, sourced another in a different colour for delivery to my house for free and helped/served by another lovely lady. Even made sure I got my blue light discount x

I visited the Ambleside store and Jess assisted my purchase of a men’s pullover. She was very friendly and made the experience very pleasant.

Excellent service from Emma she went out of her way to make sure I got the dress I wanted as was concerned about the fit.

Very poor customer service in the Ambleside Store. The ‘Crew’ member at the till didn’t acknowledge me when taking payment. Not a hello, please or thank you. Come on Fat Face you can do better. Rather than shopping at my local store next time, I think I’ll go on-line.

I was visiting the Ambleside store and was served by Emma Jane the customer service I received was just so efficient, super friendly and overall seamless . I will definitely be visiting the store again . An easy Five stars 😊

We ordered in one of your shops who did not have the required size we were looking for but were told it could be delivered free of charge to oue home. Asked about the sizing, the assistant told us they were generous in the sizing so we ordered a 3xl they did not even offer to show us the size in another product,
We received an email saying due to a 'technical' issue we wouldn't be getting the item and would receive a full refund which we did receive
Went on line and ordered the same said item at a considerable more cost. It arrived and the item is very 'snug' fit to say the least!!
The assistant did not seem very interested in serving us as she was getting a 'queue'
The quality is fine, however overall experience was very disappointing don't think we will be ordering/buying any more of your products

I visited this store on 30th September. The customer service I received from Emma was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. It was an enjoyable retail experience even though I didn't buy anything. Thank you Emma and the other girls in the shop. You exemplify excellence in customer service.

I have always loved Fat Face & make sure I visit their shops when on holiday (we don't have a local store near where I live).Staff are always very helpful....they didn't have our size in store but I was able to order the product online without any hassle or fuss...delivery was quick.
