It was your member of staff that made my experience worth writing about! Katie went over and above to help me!
I purchased a black top for my daughter and it was too big. I therefore returned it and explained. Katie said she could go and see if there was one out the back. She was unable to find it but suggested I came back after Christmas when it should be there! She took my phone number to be able to get in contact. I asked for none of this, it was done off her own back.
I would just like to say that Katie is an asset to your company. Such a lovely disposition, felt like she really cared. Life needs more Katie's in it!

Lovely service from Sam!!
I am so happy with the service I received from Sam in the Banbury Gateway store yesterday. He must have overheard me telling my husband I have wanted the Rene dress for ages in black as I had the other colours already. Sam came over and offered to look in the stockroom, but he didn't have it, so he ordered it to be delivered to my home address as I don't live in Banbury. I can not wait for it to arrive.Thank you, Sam!!

Super helpful staff
I had to return something from my order and the staff in the Banbury store are just fab. I'm always struggling to find great plus-size clothing and the lady who helped me the other day in the store was lovely and helpful and, not only did the return for me, but pointed me in the direction of some great plus-size dresses in the sale. Its a breath of fresh air having such attentive staff.

I absolutely love sale time at Fatface in the Banbury store
I absolutely love sale time at Fatface in Banbury. The entire shop is full of lovely Fatface sale items to entice and encourage investment in statement pieces and every day wear at 50% of their usual price.
I spent possibly a little too much but my purchases included the monochrome coat that I'd desperately wanted so I was so happy that I was able to buy it at a third of its full price. Yes, I said a 3rd: £55 instead of £150.
The staff in the Banbury shop are really helpful and are interested in what their customers are buying.
A great sales experience.

I had an absolute brilliant assistant…
I had an absolute brilliant assistant called Denise. After returning quite a few items she took the time to go and look for a different size on the rack, return rail and the website.
This was in the Banbury Gateway store.
I wish there was more Denise’s about.

I generally don’t write reviews but we had such a wonderful experience in your store that I had to.
The staff were so helpful, went an found different sizes & clothes for both my children, I have very tall children and struggle to find clothes that fit them as the clothes are designed to, they are often too short in the arms, or too baggy in the waist, but we had no issue finding lots of things for both of them, usually it takes my daughter hours to find something to buy that she likes, but we were in and out within about 45mins, with both having multiple new outfits, the stockroom clerks were just so helpful, & accommodating to our needs, each member of staff greeted us with a smile, good manners and a helpful attitude, each one of them is a credit to your company!.
Thank you for making our shopping trip stress free, because I hate shopping and not being able to quickly find what I want.
