Very disappointed as my initial order was completely ignored. Was suppose to receive email confirmation when to pick up. When queried was told order lost. Customer service reordered but it meant 1 item was not available any more. Not amused Fat Face as this happened to me second time . :(

The shoes I had ordered did not fit so I did a return there and then which was no problem at all.

FatFace clothes are fabulous
FatFace clothes are fabulous. The dress I bought was wonderful: a great fit, nice muted floral pattern which can be dressed up or down. The floaty sleeves are great for summer and for us older women without great muscle tone to show off.
