Bridgnorth is a great store with very helpful staff, they dont stock everything so we had to order online but then went into store to collect which was great

One4all cards can't be used online
One4all cards can't be used online, instore only. It is not possible to order instore. You have to take what's instock. What are the chances of the store having 5 items I wanted in the right size. This seemed beyond customer services comprehension.

Positive experience
Always a pleasure to shop at FatFace, either online or in store. Lovely products, ethically sourced. A bit more expensive than other retailers but generally good quality. Staff at Bridgnorth store very helpful, great customer service.

Ordered a coat
Ordered on line a coat, came within a few days to my local shop.
Easy to collect, With the coat too large but able to exchange simply in store.
