Easy to collect, With the coat too large but able to exchange simply in store.

Annoyingly I couldn’t order my item…
Annoyingly I couldn’t order my item inthe store, where they didn’t hold my size in store, but were able to check online stock. This seems a strange way to operate, as I stood in front of the cash desk following the assistant’s instructions to order off my phone. Howl, setting that aside, my items arrived pretty and were good quality and a good fit.
