I purchase items from the store in Bury and online.
I purchase items from the store in Bury St Edmunds and all the staff there are friendly, polite and helpful.
I also buy online, delivery time is very good and it is easy to return unwanted items.
The only criticism I have is that the sizes can differ so it is hard to know what sizes to order.

No Xmas present for husband this year.
Ordered 2 Xmas presents on 11 December for in store collection (estimated at 2-3 days delivery). It's now 28/12 and still no delivery. Husband and grandson with no presents not happy. On ringing customer services, very little by way of apology - just 'it must have got lost in the post'.

Smart jumper with ‘Tall’ option
Had to order online as Tall not available in store. No option to get a gift receipt but store staff v helpful in organising it for me. Lovely colour green.
