Very helpful assistant, and knowledgeable. Returned an item of clothing which didn’t suit me so returned it. Email for a full refund was in my email inbox before I even got home. Definitely 5 stars.

Picked up some great pieces for my son in the sale. Wasn’t sure about sizing so ordered a range clothes in different sizes. Ordering, delivery and return of the items that didn’t fit all went very smoothly.
